My great experience started with the estimate to replace my original 1970 garage door. Estimator was on time, professional, didn't try to upsell (but discussed some options), and provided a clear estimate. Other estimators were late, hard upsell, or (in one case) didn't even show up. Installation crew headed by Ian were likewise on time, courteous, did a great job, cleaned up completely after installation, and went over operation and maintenance with me. They were not the absolute cheapest, but I take into account professionalism and am so, so glad I did. (And of course it passed inspection with no issues.) This was a really fine service/installation experience in a world in which that is no longer frequently the case.

Grand-Master Ian and the gentleman with him were EXTREMELY professional. They explained the process, stayed on task, didn't use bad language, yell or cause any type of disruption. They completed thorough before and after report and went over every detail as to how to use the door and maintain it. 11/24/2023 Excellent response to our early morning call for help. A technician responded in a few hours and performed a clear and detailed assessment of two garage doors, one of which was totally inoperable. Four levels of repair up to total replacement were offered. We chose the one most appropriate to us. Two hours later another technician appeared; another two hours later all work was completed and demonstrated to our satisfaction. Both technicians were friendly and professional. Blake and JC were very professional and accommodating on servicing my garage door. They certainly took the time to answer all my questions and going beyond to educate me on the importance of doing additional services showing signs of weakness. As a senior on a limited budget, Blake helped to get me where I needed to be and explained discounts or fees that were very helpful. Especially new CC expenses that add a good 3%. The actual service was exceptional and I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door Services to my neighbors and friends. Thanks to Blake, I did get the work done I called about instead of putting it off or just living w/it. So happy he took the time to help me understand doing preventative service. ????????

Super fast and professional service from my initial call with Amber at 4pm on a Tuesday (when the main spring broke). By 4:30pm Mason Slack was at my home and by 8:30am the next morning Sam Penza and his partner were starting the complete overhaul of my garage door system. Service provided 10/4/2023 for a new Haas 600 series garage door and new opener. Old equipment removed and install of new door and opener went smoothly. Ian and Matt did a great job and were completed in under 4 hours. Door looks as promised and new liftmaster opener is quiet and smooth with a lot of bells and whistles. Ian explained the use of the door and opener and helped us set up the App on our cell phones. Couldn’t ask for nicer people. Both were young and got the job done with smiles. Good workers. Tyler in sales was knowledgeable and pleasant and was responsive to our questions prior to the install. Got the door in months time and we were aware that it could have been 4-6 weeks. So good job guys! Thanks.

Tyler was very helpful in diagnosing the problem with my very old garage door opener and provided helpful guidance on recommending the right garage door opener without trying to aggressively sell me on things I didn't need. Evan was very nice & knowledgeable in installing the new opener & helping to set everything up. I'll be contacting Precision Door in the future if I ever need anything else!

This was about the third time that I have used Precision Door Service company and I have been more than satisfied with the work that they did at my home. I have a three car garage and I had the two garage doors overhauled and added updated belt driven garage door openers. The two men that serviced my garage doors and installed my garage door openers did a superb job and explained everything to me. I was more than impressed at the fine work they did and professionalism they displayed. Precision sums up the service we received from Precision Garage Door of Orlando. We called at 10:16 am and Noah (Operations Support) told us that a Service Technician would contact us. At 12:29 pm Cameron contacted us to say he is on his way. Cameron did his thorough assessment, gave us a quote for replacing our garage door opener. When we accepted his recommendation and quote, he told us that Victor would come and do the replacement later that same afternoon. At 3:25 pm Victor texted to say he is on his way. At 7 pm we had a new silent Lift Master Garage Door opener operational. This is customer service for you. Congratulations and thank you Team Precision Garage Door of Orlando… We are impressed and have no hesitation in recommending you all.
