This morning I had my service appointment that I booked online on their website. Really easy and quick to make. The following morning I received a call from the technician Jose Garcia Sanchez. He was letting me know he was on the way. Jose arrived shortly after and introduced himself and listened to the issues and concerns I was having with the garage. After careful inspection of the condition of my garage he quickly gave me some options for repairs. He carefully explained everything in detail and answered any questions along the way that I had. After selecting the best option for me on the repairs he was fast and thorough making easy work of the complete repairs. When he was done he did a test run on the new parts and tweaked the alignment on the door opening and closing with a perfect seal on closing. Afterwards Jose went over everything he repaired and installed. Giving me an enormous amount of information on regular maintenance and other ways to re link the garage opener with the remotes and keypad I had outside on the side of the garage. His customer service was outstanding. He went well beyond what I expected for a technician doing the repairs. I would highly recommend Jose as there go to technician. I definitely recommend Precision Garage Door Service to anyone looking to get it done right. Stay far away from Precision Garage Door Service. They charged my mother an outrageous amount for a garage door opener and some basic hardware work—no new door, nothing major—yet the price was outrageously inflated. There is no justification for a bill that high for the work that was done. It feels like they completely took advantage of her and overcharged to a level that is beyond reasonable. This kind of pricing is unacceptable, especially when dealing with someone who trusted them to be honest. We are now disputing the charge and documenting everything. Do yourself a favor—get multiple quotes and don’t let this company pressure you into anything. This was a very frustrating and disappointing experience.

The service Tech. John was very professional and showed me that my 25-year-old garage door motor would not work anymore with my remote, the rollers are worn out and there were stress cracks on the door panels. The next day Tyler gave me all options for replacing everything with a new garage door system, I was surprised with the low price I received. The installer Sam was very fast, and everything looked & operated great. It was nice to have such a caring team, I got my money's worth.

In July, I purchased a new garage door opener from Precision. Since the door itself was installed in 1986, it was time for that to be replaced, too. The technician came out and installed the opener within a couple of days, then came back to connect it to my phone, since I didn't know that was possible until after the install, when I got to read the manual. Precision ordered the door itself at this time, with the understanding that there would be a wait of several weeks. I made an appointment for this morning. After looking at the weather forecast, I called early to express my concern that it might rain early afternoon, and that anything removed from the garage could not be allowed to get wet. Accordingly, Precision sent a team of four to do the install. They started arriving before 9. With rain expected by 1 PM, they worked diligently to get the install completed, which they did by 12:30. It wasn't 15 minutes after they left before the rain started. All in all, I am extremely please with the service, the opener works with both the two remotes and both my phones, and the color, surprising both me and the team, matches the house trim perfectly. Good job, Precision. Highly recommended.

After trying to get quotes on a new door from several locations, we were told that a door couldn't be fitted for our carport that was converted to a very low clearance garage. Then I had Sam from Precision out and he said it would be a complex install but could be done. Order placed and used their Sherwin Williams color match to get the exact color we wanted. The new door was a custom order due to size but it still came in weeks earlier than promised. April 28th installers Ian and Austin arrived for the install. They spent a lot of time analyzing what they had to work with and it was supposed to be installed with springs on the rear by the opener. After many measurements, they determined they could install with springs on the header like a normal install with a few modifications. From initial quote to ordering, permitting and install was flawless. The quality of the work and product was top notch and far exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door!!
