The service Tech. John was very professional and showed me that my 25-year-old garage door motor would not work anymore with my remote, the rollers are worn out and there were stress cracks on the door panels. The next day Tyler gave me all options for replacing everything with a new garage door system, I was surprised with the low price I received. The installer Sam was very fast, and everything looked & operated great. It was nice to have such a caring team, I got my money's worth.

In July, I purchased a new garage door opener from Precision. Since the door itself was installed in 1986, it was time for that to be replaced, too. The technician came out and installed the opener within a couple of days, then came back to connect it to my phone, since I didn't know that was possible until after the install, when I got to read the manual. Precision ordered the door itself at this time, with the understanding that there would be a wait of several weeks. I made an appointment for this morning. After looking at the weather forecast, I called early to express my concern that it might rain early afternoon, and that anything removed from the garage could not be allowed to get wet. Accordingly, Precision sent a team of four to do the install. They started arriving before 9. With rain expected by 1 PM, they worked diligently to get the install completed, which they did by 12:30. It wasn't 15 minutes after they left before the rain started. All in all, I am extremely please with the service, the opener works with both the two remotes and both my phones, and the color, surprising both me and the team, matches the house trim perfectly. Good job, Precision. Highly recommended.

Lloyd was the sales rep and he was great! No hard sale just straight facts and to the point. Austin was the service tech and he did an awesome job installing the new garage door. He gave us time to view the whole worksite and ask any questions we had. He made sure everything was working correctly and left the worksite spotless. I would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door Service. Orange county came out in a timely fashion and inspected the site with 100% approval. Thank you,

After trying to get quotes on a new door from several locations, we were told that a door couldn't be fitted for our carport that was converted to a very low clearance garage. Then I had Sam from Precision out and he said it would be a complex install but could be done. Order placed and used their Sherwin Williams color match to get the exact color we wanted. The new door was a custom order due to size but it still came in weeks earlier than promised. April 28th installers Ian and Austin arrived for the install. They spent a lot of time analyzing what they had to work with and it was supposed to be installed with springs on the rear by the opener. After many measurements, they determined they could install with springs on the header like a normal install with a few modifications. From initial quote to ordering, permitting and install was flawless. The quality of the work and product was top notch and far exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door!!

Recently had my new garage door installed by Precision and I'm very happy with both the looks and how smooth and quiet the door is. I was impressed with the whole service from making the first appointment, the prompt and clear way they communicated and the installers who answered all my questions and cleaned up thoroughly. Overall I was very impressed with their professionalism and certainly look forward to using the company in terms of ongoing servicing of my garage doors in the future. But for now I'm like an excited child who just got a new toy as I enjoy how quiet and smooth the door opens and closes. Thank you Precision.

Austin Brubaker was excellent. Very friendly, professional and did a great job. The only criticism is directed towards the company itself because they sent him by himself. Our door was an old wood door and very heavy. It took him a long time having to do it all by himself. The company should’ve sent someone to accompany him for this job. He could’ve easily hurt himself by having to lift those heavy wood panels all by himself.

Just had my new garage door opener installed and I am loving it. The door matches my front door and I do not have to repaint it. There is little to no noise when the door opens and they were completely finished installing in three hours. They came at 2:00pm and were putting up the tools back on their truck by 5:15 pm. I am satisfied and would recommend Precision Door to anyone. #LovingMyDoor

My great experience started with the estimate to replace my original 1970 garage door. Estimator was on time, professional, didn't try to upsell (but discussed some options), and provided a clear estimate. Other estimators were late, hard upsell, or (in one case) didn't even show up. Installation crew headed by Ian were likewise on time, courteous, did a great job, cleaned up completely after installation, and went over operation and maintenance with me. They were not the absolute cheapest, but I take into account professionalism and am so, so glad I did. (And of course it passed inspection with no issues.) This was a really fine service/installation experience in a world in which that is no longer frequently the case.

Grand-Master Ian and the gentleman with him were EXTREMELY professional. They explained the process, stayed on task, didn't use bad language, yell or cause any type of disruption. They completed thorough before and after report and went over every detail as to how to use the door and maintain it. We are happy with the outcome and would recommend Percision Door and especially this team to anyone. Thank you!

Precision rep, Qz Deer, is an exceptional employee! Prompt, professional & courteous. At my home, he replaced the garage door tube, springs & cables, then lubricated all moving parts, and added 2 new struts to reinforce garage door. He is very thorough; takes his time to ensure his work is completed without defects & ensures the customer is satisfied. Mr. Deer is an asset to your business.

11/24/2023 Excellent response to our early morning call for help. A technician responded in a few hours and performed a clear and detailed assessment of two garage doors, one of which was totally inoperable. Four levels of repair up to total replacement were offered. We chose the one most appropriate to us. Two hours later another technician appeared; another two hours later all work was completed and demonstrated to our satisfaction. Both technicians were friendly and professional. We could not have been happier with the total experience. Tom and Carolyn Sawyer
