Recently had my new garage door installed by Precision and I'm very happy with both the looks and how smooth and quiet the door is. I was impressed with the whole service from making the first appointment, the prompt and clear way they communicated and the installers who answered all my questions and cleaned up thoroughly. Overall I was very impressed with their professionalism and certainly look forward to using the company in terms of ongoing servicing of my garage doors in the future. But for now I'm like an excited child who just got a new toy as I enjoy how quiet and smooth the door opens and closes. Thank you Precision.

Austin Brubaker was excellent. Very friendly, professional and did a great job. The only criticism is directed towards the company itself because they sent him by himself. Our door was an old wood door and very heavy. It took him a long time having to do it all by himself. The company should’ve sent someone to accompany him for this job. He could’ve easily hurt himself by having to lift those heavy wood panels all by himself.

Just had my new garage door opener installed and I am loving it. The door matches my front door and I do not have to repaint it. There is little to no noise when the door opens and they were completely finished installing in three hours. They came at 2:00pm and were putting up the tools back on their truck by 5:15 pm. My great experience started with the estimate to replace my original 1970 garage door. Estimator was on time, professional, didn't try to upsell (but discussed some options), and provided a clear estimate. Other estimators were late, hard upsell, or (in one case) didn't even show up. Installation crew headed by Ian were likewise on time, courteous, did a great job, cleaned up completely after installation, and went over operation and maintenance with me. They were not the absolute cheapest, but I take into account professionalism and am so, so glad I did. (And of course it passed inspection with no issues.) This was a really fine service/installation experience in a world in which that is no longer frequently the case.

11/24/2023 Excellent response to our early morning call for help. A technician responded in a few hours and performed a clear and detailed assessment of two garage doors, one of which was totally inoperable. Four levels of repair up to total replacement were offered. We chose the one most appropriate to us. Two hours later another technician appeared; another two hours later all work was completed and demonstrated to our satisfaction. Both technicians were friendly and professional. Service provided 10/4/2023 for a new Haas 600 series garage door and new opener. Old equipment removed and install of new door and opener went smoothly. Ian and Matt did a great job and were completed in under 4 hours. Door looks as promised and new liftmaster opener is quiet and smooth with a lot of bells and whistles. Ian explained the use of the door and opener and helped us set up the App on our cell phones. Couldn’t ask for nicer people. Both were young and got the job done with smiles. Good workers. Tyler in sales was knowledgeable and pleasant and was responsive to our questions prior to the install. Got the door in months time and we were aware that it could have been 4-6 weeks.
