We had an excellent experience with our garage door installation. Sam and Dean were both exceptionally friendly and professional. Their expertise was evident throughout the process, and given the age of our home and the extensive DIY work previously done in the garage, they took the time to ask thoughtful questions to ensure the installation aligned with our expectations. They even assisted us in choosing the color for the plastic trim, helping us navigate the decision since the new door color differed from our future plans for painting the house. While we opted to hire a different contractor to install the garage door opener due to a significantly lower cost, we were very pleased with the quality and care Sam and Dean brought to the installation itself.

Thank goodness my garage door stopped working, so i could have Precision Door Service install a new, updated opener. Blake arrived right on time, accessed the situation, and recommended a replacement which could be accomplished the next day. And as promised, Jacob and Zach arrived early, and before i knew it, i had a new, more efficient door opener which will last many years. I called Precision as soon as I realized my garage door opener was completely broken. It was July 4th holiday- they answered the phone at 7:30 am and had a technician out at 9:00 am. I needed a new system and they offered me the same day appointment for an installation. The install technician came at 11:00 am and worked in the hot garage for 4 hours. He was polite and patient when explaining the system. I am so impressed with the quality of work and the excellent capability of the technicians. I would highly recommend this company.

Surprisingly, I realized I used Precision to replace a garage over 20 years ago in a different house in a different city when I went to pay them. I didn’t remember this when I saw a neighbor have this great company fix their garage and chose them to fix ours. I was so pleased and happy then as I am today. I can't remember the gentleman's name who came out first to give us the estimate, but he was very knowledgeable and told us exactly what was wrong with the garage door system. He didn't try to upsell us but gave us options on what we could do to get our garage door in good working order. We were thrilled at the price that was quoted to us, and he was able to have the technician, Greg Franklin, start the job within the hour, the same day. Greg was friendly, got the job done quickly, and did a few extra things to ensure the garage door was fixed perfectly. I can't say enough great things about this company. We have been taken advantage of by another company that did the completely wrong thing, so it was refreshing to have a company not give us the run-around.

I chose Precision because they installed my door 12 yrs ago . I got great service then as I did this time . My door needed maintenance as it was not working as quietly as it once did. Responded Sunday afternoon when called about my garage door not working. They couldn't come out until the next day and asked if 8am-1200 would be ok. I agreed with 8-12 time slot. About 1040 I called the company since I hadn't heard from them and they said tech would be out soon. 11 am a tech came out and I showed him the problem. He assessed the situation and gave me options to fix it and the prices. I told him to just fix the broken springs . He assured me the tech should be arriving soon and would be the one to fix the problem. Once the tech arrived I was able to move my car out of the way and he replaced the springs .

I called Precision's office on a Thursday afternoon and described what my garage door was and wasn't doing. The first tech arrived the next morning to troubleshoot my system. Bernard was courteous and was very thorough in his examination. It was determined that my 16 year old motor was shot. He scheduled Brett to come for the repairs within several hours. There was no wasted time. Brett explained what he was going to do and was done in a short while. The motor was replaced as well as the door sensors and the wall panel. 2 new remotes were included in my price. The price I was quoted before scheduling the repair was spot on when the work was completed. The garage was clean before Brett went through an exhibition of my new system. He went through a full explanation and operation of each new piece. I was very thankful that I called them to handle my problem. Precision has a very professional staff from beginning to end of the project.
