I was very satisfied with the entire process working with Precision Garage Door. Starting with the initial call, service was prompt. Rob came to check out our entire system and presented various option packages without any pressure to choose one way or another. He was there within the timeframe told when we set up the appointment. Rob also called as he was getting closer to give me a more exact time of arrival. The same thing occurred with Beau prior to his arrival. I had an emergency where I was unable to get my truck out of the garage. I didn’t notice that the spring had broken and it was 7pm. Bill: The technicians did a good job. I was told by Andrew I would get another remote, we spoke on the phone. The tech's were not aware of the second remote. Also, one of the tech's looked in his phone for the agreement and said he did not see a request for 2 key pads and they didn't bring them. I called the office and talked to Charlie telling him the pads were in the agreement and I gave him the numbers that pertained to the pads. I told him they could forget about the second remote. I gave them a check for the full payment that same day- June 27th. Someone is to meet with me again about the key pads on July 2nd.

Called Precision this morning 4/2/18 had techs Robert Fagan and Ryan Rozelle at my home by 11 am on 4/2/18. We discussed the issues as to what would be the best course of action. Both very helpful. Had new hardware, springs, and motor done. Took around 2 1/2 hours. Showed me how it all worked, and done!!! Very pleased with the service being that good service is hard to fine these days. Both men were courteous and knowledgeable. I highly recommend your company to anyone looking for any type of garage door service! Thank you!! (PS...there were more products purchased and services performed than your drop down boxes allow me choose) Five star service all the way!

Pretty impressive; I called one phone number and then hung up to call another number where i made an appointment; not too long later i got a follow up call from the first number to ask if i was able to schedule an appointment; Ryan was a few minutes late for which he apologized, was very professional, and got the job done in a timely manner; my opener is over 20 years old so i asked for information for a new one and he included that info in one of his emails; bing, bang, boom.......well done.

I moved into a house with an unconventional garage setup and no automatic door opener. Someone had installed the wrong garage door, door wouldn;t open fully, there's a very low ceiling, no room on the sides of the garage, and some other obstacles. Nick came out to let me know if it was possible. They took some measurements and pictures so they could brainstorm. Called back with some ideas and went to work. The setup and service is great!

I decided to purchase a new garage door as ours has been broken for a few years. It was a surprise for my husband. I had 2 installers, Evan and I'm sorry I can't remember the other ones name. They called me to let me know they were running just a few minutes late because of traffic, but we're extremely polite and professional and cleaned up after themselves once they were done. It took about 3 hours and they were done. My husband arrived about 15 minutes after they left, and he was so happy with the new door.
