Precision referred by neighbor, I had no issue using garage door but needed long overdue checkup, appointment made quickly, technician Blake did checkup, explained work needed and estimate, Jacob arrived next day to complete work, explained new items, (drop down menu below for “new items” may not capture items I tapped) your invoice lists items needed from belt, springs, drum, roller, cables to existing door panels, remotes, keypad, new manuals, I’m very pleased I scheduled this checkup, my garage door is quiet and smooth. Both Blake and Jacob are assets to your company.

Had an excellent revue the other day for Roland did a great job and explained everything. Also showed me and explained what needed to be done. Thought Roland would be back today but was pleasantly surprised with the tech ( and I'm sorry I forgot his name) that came today and replaced the cables. Both gentlemen excellent employees.

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH TYLER WHO CAME OUT TO EVALULATE MY PROBLEM AND EXPLAINED WHAT NEEDED TO BE REPAIRED. I PUT IN A BELT DRIVEN LIFTMASTER GARAGE DOOR OPENER AND NEW SPRINGS AS MY UNIT WAS 23 YEARS OLD. JACOB WHO WAS THE INSTALLER SHOWED UP ON TIME AND WENT OVER EVERYTHING HE WOULD BE DOING. HE TOOK PICTURES BEFORE AND AFTER THE WORK WAS DONE WHICH I THOUGHT WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. HE ALSO HELPED ME WITH SYNCING THE APP TO GARAGE DOOR OPENER WHICH I NEEDED THE HELP . Blake showed up right on time, explained all my options in clear terms and agreed to provide me a military discount. A short time later, Jacob showed up, completed the installation (springs, rollers, opener) and assisted my tenant with his myQ app. My tenant said the garage door was "Crazy Quiet!" I have used your company several times, as always your employees were prompt, on time, knowledgeable, efficient, after the door was overhauled the mess was cleaned up, all old parts were hauled off. The overhaul of the door, new wheels, new motor, new springs, new bearings , new keypad, remotes, everything was awesome . Thank you again for allowing me to choose you.. below it asked what service did I have done. I believe they called it a overhaul, and it also asked what I got new, the easiest way to say it is: Everything but the door panels and track, otherwise everything else is new and it’s quite and we love it....

Alex Wheeler was very professional from first phone call, very helpful in his assessment. He also recommended the needed replacement of the Nylon Roller on track. The second technician (I can remember his name) showed up on time and did an excellent and prompt service on the garage door spring and replacement of the Nylon Roller on track. He was very professional and the repair was done very quickly. They both did a great job from beginning to finishing installation. We called on New Years Day after our garage door opener quit working. They came out the next day to inspect it and then came the next day to put in new garage door openers.
