I bought my garage door and opener a few years ago from Precision Door. Recently a power surge damaged my opener and I contacted Precision. Within a few days a technician came over to access my problem. I had to buy a new opener. I had to wait for the new opener to come in. Precision called me to schedule a time for someone to come over and install the new opener and belt. Cooper came over. He installed everything and programmed my remotes in a timely fashion. Austin Brubaker and Ian Carr installed my new garage door. They were prompt, courteous, professional and did a wonderful job installing my new door. They had the old one removed in no time and the new one was installed quickly. They cleaned up all debris and removed from property. They took the time to explain what was installed and how to use and program the outside key pad, interior wall pad and remotes. Both were friendly and easy to talk to. I am most impressed with the quality of the door, the quietness of the door when it opens and closes and the safety sensors. I love how the new door makes my house look.
