We just requested a quote and your man Alex was at our place within an hour. He called to discuss the repair to add window panels, new spring and rollers and the quote arrived via email within half an hour from our phone conversation. It doesn't get any better than that for great customer service.

Purchases springs, rollers and garage door opener. Saw the same opener in Lowe's ad for $238, we were charged $600 Also purchased new rollers, new springs, new remotes, new garage pad. Service was great, the young man installing could not have been more police more informative and hard working. But took them 9 hours.

Thank you, thank you, thank you. The person who came out to my house to repair the broken spring in my garage was wonderful - I think his name was Roger. He was very professional, polite and knew what he was doing. When I heard a loud noise early evening I didn't know what it was until I tried to open my garage door. I called early the next morning and Roger was here within 2 hours - I did get the lifetime warrantee - now I'm worry free - thank you Roger...

I called to have my garage door repaired. The service tech Jonathan provided a telephone contact to let me know he would be arriving within 15 minutes. Jonathan was respectful and listened to me in an attentive manner. He completed the repair in a short time and to my complete satisfaction. I would use your company for any future repairs needed.
