I highly recommend Victor Hernandez. He was extremely professional, courteous, and knowledgeable throughout the entire service call. My mother's garage door spring broke unexpectedly, and he responded promptly, diagnosed the issue quickly, called me with the repair options and completed the repair efficiently. His workings hip was excellent, and it was clear he takes pride in providing quality service. Most importantly, he treated my mother with respect and kindness, which we greatly appreciated. If you're looking for an honest, reliable, and skilled garage door tech, I would not hesitate to call him again. Outstanding service from start to finish.

I contacted Precision to do a service on my garage door. Chris arrived contacted me before he arrived. He was on time and very polite. Chris started by inspecting the door and opener and asked if I had concerns. He reviewed his finds with me. No push for up selling but did let me know of potential issues. Chris got to work quickly. When he was done he reviewed eith me all that was completed. Chris did a fablous job. I can see and hear the difference in the door. I highly recommend Precision Garage Doors.

Nick McAdory - was such a professional. But my husband and I were so happy that he explained everything and truly tried his best to help us save money. Which he did. Felt like we knew him for years. Don’t believe their reviews there’s no way on earth and any company has all five starter reviews not for what these people charge. I called have a garage door opener replaced. They told me it would be $2100. Everybody else is 6 to 700 be very leery of their reviews. Nobody gets that many five star reviews without any complaints. This is total bull.

The tech came very quickly, diagnosed a broken spring. I have a torque master system and they don’t repair them. Had to replace everything. Springs drums bearings cables ect. The door is lighter and quiet now. But the price$1880 is way higher than I was expecting. I knew the price before the work began. Did not have time to get other quotes as my car was stuck in the garage. Did not want to repair myself as the springs are very dangerous. Tech was very friendly and did everything in 2 hours.

Out of all the companies I've called this one was the only one that wasn't going to charge me for an estimate, Loyd the salesmen was super and for that matter all the people at the office as well was so friendly. The techs that came out to install the door was very friendly and professional and prompt which is very important to me. Had a small hiccup with the bill on installing my new opener but was quickly corrected and resolved. This is a great company to do business with and have no complaints what so ever, I want to thank Loyd and all people with Precision for a job well done.

We had a complete overhaul of our garage door system. Nick McAdory arrived to assess the situation. His explanations, recommendations and general advice were thoroughly explained. He reviewed the quote and addressed our questions and concerns with the utmost professionalism. Arrangements were quickly made to compete the job. Jancarlos Bautista arrived an hour later to complete the repair. His work was impeccable. His explanations were clear and concise. He addressed all issues and, before leaving, made sure we were completely satisfied, explaining each step of the repair so we had an in-depth understanding of the work. He is a most impressive young man, a consummate professional and a credit to Precision. The company is A+ and “5-star in every respect. I contacted Precision late in the afternoon due to an issue with my garage door. The technician Nick was at my house the next day at 8am to assess the issue. He was very thorough, explained the issue and gave me several options for fixing my garage door. Another Technician (Evan and his associate) were dispatched to install the repairs later that same afternoon. Evan explained the repairs that were agreed would be performed and then reviewed the repairs once they were finished. Everything but the door itself needed replaced. He also assisted with setting up the App that came with the new garage opener. Great customer service start to finish!

They came within 24 hrs of call made a proper assessment of all requirements. No issues with timings, they were there and gone less than 1day complete install. Took all old hardware away. Installed new opener. Not the lowest price, however the service was excellent. Even returned to reprogram opener after power outage. Highly recommend

I was looking for a better garage door system then originally installed by builder. After just 3 years of use it was making quit a bit of noise when opening and closing, door operation was no longer smooth. I contacted Precision because of tv commercials I've seen over the last couple of years. It was easy to set up an appointment and they were out very quickly to inspect and provided three different repair/replace options to choose from. After selecting my preferred repair the technician checked on available parts and were back the next day to complete the repair. The technician was very polite and professional and the repairs exceed my expectations, I couldn't be happyer.

We have been having issues with the door not going down all the way and then going back up. We called Precision and they had someone come out the next morning to trouble shoot the situation. He determined the motor was not talking with the sensors 100% of the time. So he gave me the option to just let it go and put up with the hassle like we have for 4 years or make the change to a new unit. We chose to make the change to the Lifetime Warranty model, with new rollers and belt driven. He was able to have someone at our house within an hour (What Customer Service). Then JC showed up to put the new unit in and went through the all the set up for MyQ App, the pad outside on the wall and our car. He did a great job explaining everything along with the "troubleshooter" technician, Blake. I would highly recommend Precision and especially these two employees.

Had an excellent revue the other day for Roland did a great job and explained everything. Also showed me and explained what needed to be done. Thought Roland would be back today but was pleasantly surprised with the tech ( and I'm sorry I forgot his name) that came today and replaced the cables. Both gentlemen excellent employees.
