We called Precision Doors because they received the highest rating on our Neighborhood app. Now we understand why our neighbors rate them so highly. Ian and Matthew arrived yesterday morning right on time. They dismantled our old door and installed the new one. They were professional throughout the process. After installation Ian provided a much appreciated tutorial on door maintenance and operation during power outages and allowed time to answer all our questions. The only glitch in the entire process was when we placed our order the office staff incorrectly entered our plat number when applying for the work permit so it provided some uncomfortable moments for our neighbor who’s plat was entered. Once I alerted the office they immediately identified and I assume corrected the error because our neighbor hasn’t complained again.
