We called Precision Doors because they received the highest rating on our Neighborhood app. Now we understand why our neighbors rate them so highly. Ian and Matthew arrived yesterday morning right on time. They dismantled our old door and installed the new one. They were professional throughout the process. After installation Ian provided a much appreciated tutorial on door maintenance and operation during power outages and allowed time to answer all our questions. The only glitch in the entire process was when we placed our order the office staff incorrectly entered our plat number when applying for the work permit so it provided some uncomfortable moments for our neighbor who’s plat was entered. Once I alerted the office they immediately identified and I assume corrected the error because our neighbor hasn’t complained again. Thank you all for such a great job.

I highly recommend Precision Garage Door for all your garage door tune-up and repair needs. In my case, the garage door began to have high pitch squealing sounds going up or down in the last couple of days. The garage door was installed (when the house was built 10 years ago), and just had the minimal quality of rollers, springs and cable to get the garage door operational (pass house inspection), but nothing long term. After researching on the internet, I found Precision Garage Door Company had 5 stars from just about every customer whose garage door they service. After speaking with the service center technician, they had a service tech at my house within 45 minutes. The service tech was named Rob and he was very professional and personal when we meet. He was very meticulous in taking measurements and pictures of the entire garage door and its operating components. He then explained why I was having the high pitch squealing sounds and (I did not know) why the door motor was dragging. He explains all the equipment and parts needed to upgrade my door for a smother operation and the three types of repair plans. I made my selection of the repair plan, and he advised that a repair team would out to the house within a couple of hours. Within 45 minutes to an hour, Repair Technician Brittney and her assistant showed up to work on my garage door, they too were very professional and personal, and went right to work. In as little as over an hour or more, Brittney and assistant had completed the required repairs and equipment upgrades. She ensured the door operated properly and smoothly before cleaning up and departing. It has changed the operation of my garage door by leaps and bounds, by 100 percent. Again, I highly recommend Precision Garage Door for all your garage door needs, as well as this team that came to my house. Thank you.

Tyler explained my options in selecting a new garage opener and showed me what I needed to have fixed to insure my outcome was the best option for my garage door. Very knowledgeable and courteous willing to listen to the customer and help with all questions I asked. Tiffany was awesome! Very friendly answering all my questions while she was doing the installation, very knowledgeable performing the work and helpful setting up and programming my remotes. Tiffany went over everything she did before she left and answered all my questions! Awesome Teamwork!

The technicians were very professional and very thorough before they even do the job by taking pictures of the garage doors and all its parts before they start. The tech Brittany called a head to let me know she was on her way , and did a good job. My home is a new construction so it required everything needed for a new garage door opener. I cannot say enough great things about Precision Door Service. I had both a double garage door and a single garage door installed. They were professional and the quality of the product is outstanding. Thanks to all of the staff from the sales rep to the installers. I recently had to call for an adjustment, their warranty covered this and the employee "Maurice" who came to look at the problem, took his time, made sure that alignment was done and went over the adjustment and called me out to demonstrate the adjustment was done to my satisfaction and explained everything he had done.
