Noel and Adam were great. They came to my home at the appointed time, were polite and respectful and carefully explained the work that was required. The installation was handled promptly and we love the new door- it's extremely quiet.

I saw my son's new garage door opener which had been replaced by Precision about eight months ago and he is very happy with it. He commended your workmanship and I do as well. Very pleased with the initial inspection of work needed to be done and the three levels of repair coverage available to fit the budget. There was definitely no pressure. The technician was very knowledgeable, as he educated this reviewer on what was being done and what I needed to do for maintenance. I called to set up appointment to have my garage door opener replaced. The service guys showed up as promised and in 1 1/2 hrs. I had a nice new opener. Works great. Thanks.

My experience was very positive. I couldn't open our garage door because my torsion spring had broken. I called Precision Door. A service man arrived within two hours on a Saturday. The problem was to analyze lmtermitant problem with garage opening and closing. The service performed was the replacement of garage door opener and the replacement of the springs. The springs probably could have lasted another six months to a year. All options were explained and priced out for me to make a decision. The technician evaluated the issue and priced out all the options. He seemed knowledgable and did not pressure me into making a decision. I have used Precision in the past with no issues. I highly recommend Precision.

My serviceman was Noel. He was early & I 4got 2 give customer service my cell#. But when I pulled n2 my driveway he was there ! I apolized he had 2 wait (20mins) he said No Problem. My garage door was very noisey, sluggish & sometimes act like it didn't want 2 open or close. Noel 1 by 1 showed & explained 2 me on his computer what the problem was. He fixed it with in a reasonable time. He showed me what he fixed & how 2 operate the new system he put in & everythink worked perfect. Although it was a little pricey it was worth the price. Noel was very professional, knowledgeable, polite, soft spoken & took his time 2 repeat some of the information he explained before with Patience. I would recommend this company because my problem was fixed right the First Time ! He cleaned up after he finished. Precision gets 10 stars from me
