The problem was to analyze lmtermitant problem with garage opening and closing. The service performed was the replacement of garage door opener and the replacement of the springs. The springs probably could have lasted another six months to a year. All options were explained and priced out for me to make a decision. The technician evaluated the issue and priced out all the options. He seemed knowledgable and did not pressure me into making a decision. I have used Precision in the past with no issues. I highly recommend Precision.

My serviceman was Noel. He was early & I 4got 2 give customer service my cell#. But when I pulled n2 my driveway he was there ! I apolized he had 2 wait (20mins) he said No Problem. My garage door was very noisey, sluggish & sometimes act like it didn't want 2 open or close. Noel 1 by 1 showed & explained 2 me on his computer what the problem was. He fixed it with in a reasonable time. He showed me what he fixed & how 2 operate the new system he put in & everythink worked perfect. Although it was a little pricey it was worth the price. Noel was very professional, knowledgeable, polite, soft spoken & took his time 2 repeat some of the information he explained before with Patience. I would recommend this company because my problem was fixed right the First Time ! He cleaned up after he finished. Precision gets 10 stars from me

Purchases springs, rollers and garage door opener. Saw the same opener in Lowe's ad for $238, we were charged $600 Also purchased new rollers, new springs, new remotes, new garage pad. Service was great, the young man installing could not have been more police more informative and hard working. But took them 9 hours.

We had an insulated garage door installed with the idea that our cats could stay in there during cold weather. The door, plus a "cat door" to allow them access as they wish worked out perfectly. The space heater did not add that much to the electric bill (so the insulation must be adequate). The work was professional and the servicemen were polite and efficient. The recent visit was for a adjustment. The technician made the adjustment and then took time to explain to us the cause of the problem and demonstrate to us how to make the adjustment ourselves in the future.
