Coming home from vacation on a Sunday one of the garage door springs broke. I always thought they last forever. I call Precision Garage & they were readily available. They sent Brian that same afternoon. He inspected everything & give me an estimate for what was needed to repair the garage door. I found the estimate high, Brian ask if I had a figure in mind & I told what it was. Although skeptical he asked for a minute & came back with a figure we both agreed on. He got to work, an hour later he had changed the bearings & both springs to the garage door. I was pleased with both the work Brian did & how accommodating Precision Garage was on giving me a price I could live with.

Tyler Wakefield with Precision Garage Door Service did an outstanding job on my garage door repair. What stood out most was his honesty, professionalism, and how personable he was throughout the visit. We had great, friendly conversation, and he took the time to explain everything clearly, which made the whole experience easy and comfortable. I originally needed standard springs replaced, but since they weren’t available, Tyler upgraded me to powder-coated high-cycle springs at the same price. He also replaced a plastic spacer with a proper center bearing, which significantly improved the overall system. On top of that, he identified that my builder had left out multiple #1 hinges—something that could have caused long-term issues. Instead of upselling, he gave me straightforward advice and suggested I could purchase them myself to save money. He also adjusted the chain on my opener and, rather than pushing a replacement, told me it was “old but a tank” and to keep it. That kind of honesty is rare. The door is now smoother, quieter, and clearly operating better than before. Tyler went above and beyond, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing garage door service. If you can request a technician, ask for Tyler—you’ll be glad you did.

4/1/2026 this morning at 4:30am I had to leave and the garage door spring broke. I called Precision and actually talked with a human at 4:30am!!!! They got me on the schedule and Sopheak arrived about 7:45am and totally fixed everything. He was polite, efficient and friendly. I highly recommend Precision Garage doors!!! Two technicians came out and did general maintenance on our doors and fixed a problem with the safety sensor. Both of the technicians were friendly, professional and did a great job. I highly recommend this company.
