Greg the tech. did checkout the motor, chain rail etc. he was good at what he does. I have delt with your company for many years and have been happy with the employees who serviced my problem. However the new chain is very loud as it shuts down worse then the defective chain raiI I will give it a while to allow it to break in. if it doesn't change. I will call your company back to correct it. If your tech. says it's normal I will call in another company to see what they say

Came home and garage door would not open. Called Precision and within one (1) hour had a tech here. Looked over the problem and suggested repairs. Again, within one hour (unbelievable) a repair crew of two was here and replaced the main spring, rollers and everything else after 30+ years. WORKS LIKE A CHARM! AMAZING AND PROFESSIONAL SERVICE BEYOND WORDS. techs very cordial and professional. If I cou l could give them 10 stars they would be well deserved. And VERY REASONABLE. This is the only service to call at ANY TIME for garage door repair.

very unhappy with company ordered two garage doors, they screwed up and the manger Charlie was very difficult to work with. when they installed the door we had to call them back because the doors were off track, very disappointed with this company and their treatment. I am sure the owner of the company would be very shock to know their behavior.

Update From Customer: we had some minor issue on the garage installation. But the company went above and beyond to resolve the issue. The owner actually came out to discuss the issues with me. I have been using this company since 2017. Just installed two new garage doors with them and will continue using them. PDS Response: Thank you for being patience while we rectified these mistakes. When leaving my house on a very busy morning, my garage door wouldn’t close. I called your office at about 11:00 & a tech was here by 1:00. He was polite & knowledgeable . After finding the problem , he gave me a few choices of repair& never pressured to pick one. He returned on time the next day & installed a new motor. They came looked at my garage gave me a quote Price was in the range and had somebody out in less than 30 minutes to replace the garage door opener. The tech wheel was very friendly fast efficient and surprisingly got it done in an hour. The garage works great and excited about having Precision Door do the replacement

Rob (sales) and William (installer) were both excellent. They were both very professional and knowledgeable and courteous about my needs. The prices were fair and the workmanship was excellent. I highly recommend this company. I've had other garage door companies upsell me for repairs and parts that weren't necessary. Although there was a recommendation for a new motor along with a new spring, rollers, etc., they weren't pushy and allowed me to stick with my old motor despite possible issues. The door is as good as new and as quiet as a mouse. When the motor goes (might be 2 weeks or 2 years), I will definitely call this company for the new one. These guys are straight shooters!

I was so happy with the service that your people did. My garage opener didn't work so a technician came, Tyler, told me why I needed, had it installed with remote/keypad and I was ready to go!!!! William did the installing. It's such a relief that this was done in one day. I was recommended by my son-in-law Art. The best thing I ever did!!!

Excellent company. Greg did complete evaluation of my doors problems and gave me several options to select from. He showed and explained to me what was wrong. Steve showed up right on time and did the repairs. He also explained what he did and demonstrated the new remotes. He also took the time to sync my wife's car with the new opener. Same day service was appreciated.
