Of course, if something is going to break it will always be late on a weekend day! This was no deterrent for Precision! I called at 3:30 on Saturday afternoon because my garage door broke. My service technician, Jacob called en route and arrived about 5:30. Jacob was so kind, extremely knowledgeable, and quite efficient! He reviewed the failures and estimates with me and explained everything very clearly. By 7:30 the job was completed. This is what happens when you call a first class company! Every tool, every part required was onboard. I can’t recommend Precision highly enough! Oh and Jacob, stellar performance and a true credit to this company. The world needs more Jacobs and companies like Precision Garage Door! Many thanks!

As a guy selling garage doors brand new for $3,000 installed , to have this company come out here to give me a repair estimate of $3,865 for simply replacing 2 springs & 2 bearings. It’s kind of ridiculous . 15 minutes later calling the boss and lowering the price to $865 and stating now and refuse to email me the quote . I am sure this review will help them get more business out there !!! David, a great guy to provide me free in home services !!!

I originally had an appt on a Sunday …first of all I was SHOCKED when they offered me that since I work all week. Who does that these days????? lol…I happened to have gotten off work early on Thurs and called them at about 230 to see if anyone could come that day…they said yes and Chris was at my house 2 hrs later!!! Chris was absolutely awesome …he checked everything to find the problem and as much as I hated to know that the other company I had used previously gave me wrong parts which led to the breaking of the door he was very thorough and showed me everything and explained about it all in simple terms. He was very professional and very knowledgeable and worked quickly to get me fixed up. This young man was the reason I went ahead and got the work done without getting another opinion …I actually canceled appt with other company. I didn’t feel that he was feeding me BS just to sell parts. I just can’t say enough good things about Chris …he was the epitome of what customer service is all about which so many companies severely lack these days! He made sure everything worked fine when he was finished and again showed me and told me about everything again. Thank you Chris and I’m sorry you missed most of the game but score didn’t look in your favor anyway..lol

Precision Garage Door Service was great from the beginning to the end. I had to replace my garage door and the representative who sold me my door listen and advised the best option for the door I was looking to replace. The Installers, very professional and knowledgeable, installed my garage door, advised me, answered all questions and inspected my door as well. Only 1 small issue, which is being addressed was that one of the panels were dented, but Precision is making it right and getting a replacement panel for my garage. Very happy with the service.

Thank you Precision! Our garage door chain came off on our very old unit, after failed attempts at trying to fix it ourselves we called them for an estimate. Our tech Cooper was very communicative and prompt. He evaluated our situation and provided a few resolutions, ultimately we decided to go with a new opener and make necessary repairs. Cooper was very efficient and respectful. Will be returning customers should we have the need to.
