I originally had an appt on a Sunday …first of all I was SHOCKED when they offered me that since I work all week. Who does that these days????? lol…I happened to have gotten off work early on Thurs and called them at about 230 to see if anyone could come that day…they said yes and Chris was at my house 2 hrs later!!! Chris was absolutely awesome …he checked everything to find the problem and as much as I hated to know that the other company I had used previously gave me wrong parts which led to the breaking of the door he was very thorough and showed me everything and explained about it all in simple terms. He was very professional and very knowledgeable and worked quickly to get me fixed up. This young man was the reason I went ahead and got the work done without getting another opinion …I actually canceled appt with other company. I didn’t feel that he was feeding me BS just to sell parts. I just can’t say enough good things about Chris …he was the epitome of what customer service is all about which so many companies severely lack these days! He made sure everything worked fine when he was finished and again showed me and told me about everything again. Thank you Chris and I’m sorry you missed most of the game but score didn’t look in your favor anyway..lol

Precision Garage Door Service was great from the beginning to the end. I had to replace my garage door and the representative who sold me my door listen and advised the best option for the door I was looking to replace. The Installers, very professional and knowledgeable, installed my garage door, advised me, answered all questions and inspected my door as well. Only 1 small issue, which is being addressed was that one of the panels were dented, but Precision is making it right and getting a replacement panel for my garage. Very happy with the service.

Our tech Cooper was very communicative and prompt. He evaluated our situation and provided a few resolutions, ultimately we decided to go with a new opener and make necessary repairs. I recently completed a 2-step total garage door replacement with Precision. At first, my existing opener, installed by the previous homeowner, suddenly stopped working. Replacing the actual door had been a “wish-list” item since moving into the house 6 years ago. Another wish was to install an exterior control box. We went for the “hat trick” & took care of all 3! Everyone I dealt with at Precision went above & beyond (Rob - opener installation, Tyler - door designer, Austin - door installation & Amy - installation coordinator). We recently had our county inspection & passed with flying colors. The inspector himself even commented on the quality of the door we chose & the quality of the installation. And as he said - he sees a lot of doors!!! Ironically, I almost missed the inspection appointment. The inspector knocked on my front door, but I opened the garage door to let him in. He was in the process of walking away when he realized I had opened the door. It was so quiet, he hadn’t even realized that I opened the door!!! I would ABSOLUTELY recommend Precision to anyone who had any garage door needs!!!
