Our door broke for the umpteenth time on Sunday. We called Precision because they were highly rated by customers and had BBB A+ rating. By 2 PM on Monday our door was fixed. On Wednesday I noticed that the top of the door did not have a tight fit. I called Precision and they came back the same day and adjusted the door, even though the issue was not something that was their responsibility (foundation issue). The safety check they did for us revealed some additional concerns. We will definitely use them again.

Greetings, My experience with your company was outstanding... It began with your sales representative Tyler, who provided an excellent presentation of the value of the materials used and the warranty service which your company provides. He was able to accommodate a same day overhaul of all the moving parts, including new springs. Our case was unique because the builder who constructed our community used a substandard garage door installer who did not install the system correctly. Jimmy was assigned to do the overhaul the same afternoon after the initial appointment with Tyler. He was a pleasure to work with. He did the installation and provided me a walkthrough of everything he did, and explained the warranty and the invoice I would be receiving by email. Thank you to both of them for having made this repair a pleasant experience. I own several properties and will for sure reach out to your office for future support of all my garage systems. Precision is the best service provider of any kind that I have experienced in my 35 years in Orlando. My main garage door spring broke. I called. They (Brittney) were out in 20 minutes. Fixed the spring and did a complete inspection. My garage door hardware is 22 years old, and was struggling. They identified some areas of concern (safety and operational). We scheduled time to replace rollers, springs, cables and openers. Anthony and Evan did a really fantastic job with the work. Everything works perfectly. I am very impressed.

I called Precision because I see the truck in my neighborhood often and reviews were good. My experience was much better than I expected. My initial call with Noah was professional, friendly and quick. And, he got me an appt right when I wanted it. My initial technician Tyler was again excellent. He was fast and explained everything to me clearly, especially considering I’m far from a garage door/opener expert. I pretty much knew it was time for a new door opener and chose to do that vs any kind of repair. Cameron came with another person (I’m sorry, I’ve forgotten his name), but both were very nice. I was on a bit of a timeline and they got that opener in, serviced my door AND got my app and car programmed with me in a bit over an hour. Very impressive. I’m super happy with the whole process from start to finish. Can’t say that about most companies anymore. Thank you.

Greg the tech. did checkout the motor, chain rail etc. he was good at what he does. I have delt with your company for many years and have been happy with the employees who serviced my problem. However the new chain is very loud as it shuts down worse then the defective chain raiI I will give it a while to allow it to break in. if it doesn't change. I will call your company back to correct it. If your tech. says it's normal I will call in another company to see what they say

Came home and garage door would not open. Called Precision and within one (1) hour had a tech here. Looked over the problem and suggested repairs. Again, within one hour (unbelievable) a repair crew of two was here and replaced the main spring, rollers and everything else after 30+ years. WORKS LIKE A CHARM! AMAZING AND PROFESSIONAL SERVICE BEYOND WORDS. techs very cordial and professional. If I cou l could give them 10 stars they would be well deserved. And VERY REASONABLE. This is the only service to call at ANY TIME for garage door repair.
