"I chose Precision Garage Door Service mainly because of the positive reviews it has received. Two young men came to my home, whose combined ages did not add up to mine. However, their professional behavior and knowledge were exceptional, as if they were seasoned veterans. I have decided to make Precision Garage Door Service my annual PM company."

Our door broke for the umpteenth time on Sunday. We called Precision because they were highly rated by customers and had BBB A+ rating. By 2 PM on Monday our door was fixed. On Wednesday I noticed that the top of the door did not have a tight fit. I called Precision and they came back the same day and adjusted the door, even though the issue was not something that was their responsibility (foundation issue). The safety check they did for us revealed some additional concerns. We will definitely use them again.

Greetings, My experience with your company was outstanding... It began with your sales representative Tyler, who provided an excellent presentation of the value of the materials used and the warranty service which your company provides. He was able to accommodate a same day overhaul of all the moving parts, including new springs. Our case was unique because the builder who constructed our community used a substandard garage door installer who did not install the system correctly. Jimmy was assigned to do the overhaul the same afternoon after the initial appointment with Tyler. He was a pleasure to work with. He did the installation and provided me a walkthrough of everything he did, and explained the warranty and the invoice I would be receiving by email. Thank you to both of them for having made this repair a pleasant experience. I own several properties and will for sure reach out to your office for future support of all my garage systems. Sincerely Richard Estefan Lake Mary Florida

Absolutely great service. Replaced the broken spring and other parts within about 4-5 hours of my first call. All service personnel were polite, knowledgeable and efficient. Their promptness and professionalism allowed us to make the medical appointment we had without hassle or rescheduling. Recommend them highly!

Precision is the best service provider of any kind that I have experienced in my 35 years in Orlando. My main garage door spring broke. I called. They (Brittney) were out in 20 minutes. Fixed the spring and did a complete inspection. My garage door hardware is 22 years old, and was struggling. They identified some areas of concern (safety and operational). We scheduled time to replace rollers, springs, cables and openers. Anthony and Evan did a really fantastic job with the work. Everything works perfectly. I am very impressed.

I called Precision because I see the truck in my neighborhood often and reviews were good. My experience was much better than I expected. My initial call with Noah was professional, friendly and quick. And, he got me an appt right when I wanted it. My initial technician Tyler was again excellent. He was fast and explained everything to me clearly, especially considering I’m far from a garage door/opener expert. I pretty much knew it was time for a new door opener and chose to do that vs any kind of repair. Cameron came with another person (I’m sorry, I’ve forgotten his name), but both were very nice. I was on a bit of a timeline and they got that opener in, serviced my door AND got my app and car programmed with me in a bit over an hour. Very impressive. I’m super happy with the whole process from start to finish. Can’t say that about most companies anymore. Thank you.

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH TYLER WHO CAME OUT TO EVALULATE MY PROBLEM AND EXPLAINED WHAT NEEDED TO BE REPAIRED. I PUT IN A BELT DRIVEN LIFTMASTER GARAGE DOOR OPENER AND NEW SPRINGS AS MY UNIT WAS 23 YEARS OLD. JACOB WHO WAS THE INSTALLER SHOWED UP ON TIME AND WENT OVER EVERYTHING HE WOULD BE DOING. HE TOOK PICTURES BEFORE AND AFTER THE WORK WAS DONE WHICH I THOUGHT WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. HE ALSO HELPED ME WITH SYNCING THE APP TO GARAGE DOOR OPENER WHICH I NEEDED THE HELP . THANKS TO TYLER AND JACOB I WOULD RECCOMEND PRECISION TO FAMILY AND FRIENDS.

The best decision I have made this year (1/3/23) so far. This company showed up on time at the pre-determined time. Tyler the sales guy was informative and helpful. He did not attempt to sell me any extra “bs” that I didn’t need. Anthony the technician was courteous, prompt and skilled in his work. He knew what he was doing and answered all my questions to ensure I was a satisfied customer. Highly recommend Precision Door Service.

I found your company online when I Googled "Garage Doors". I spoke to three different companies, but I chose Precision Door Service, because I was impressed with the professionalism of your team members. The estimator who came to my house was knowledgeable, courteous and wasn't pushy or hard-sell. He answered my questions and made sure I understood completely all aspects of my door replacement. I also found your phone staff very courteous and professional, as well. When the time came for my new door to be installed, the installers were also efficient, timely and polite. I am very pleased with my new door and your company!

I chose Precision based on a recommendation from a friend. I was contacted by phone and text to update me on the time and information about the technician. Tyler arrived early and identified the problem. All moving parts had to be replaced. Ian was dispatched quickly and made the repairs. I was kept informed all along the way, potential problems were explained, and all my questions were answered. I would not hesitate to recommend Precision. Very professional.
