We noticed garage door problems today which quickly got noticeably worse. Someone was at our house within two hours after calling Precision. Our technician, Blake, evaluated our door and took the time to demonstrate how and why our door was failing, patiently answering all our questions. The technician arrived on time. Tried to fix the old opener but it wasn't repairable. He explained the different openers he could install. No pressure to buy one I didn't want. Installed the new opener and cleaned up after he was done. I would recommend Precision to my friends who might need their services.

Was absolutely thrilled with the service I received. I found a coupon in a mailer and called to make an appointment. I ultimately had to cancel the appointment but rescheduled. I was told who would come to my home. The service representative was Matt. He was extremely professional, polite and hard working. He explained all my options and answered all my questions. Only time will tell if the products installed hold up well. But at this time I have every confidence that they will.
