I was so happy with the service that your people did. My garage opener didn't work so a technician came, Tyler, told me why I needed, had it installed with remote/keypad and I was ready to go!!!! William did the installing. It's such a relief that this was done in one day. I was recommended by my son-in-law Art. The best thing I ever did!!!

Excellent company. Greg did complete evaluation of my doors problems and gave me several options to select from. He showed and explained to me what was wrong. Steve showed up right on time and did the repairs. He also explained what he did and demonstrated the new remotes. He also took the time to sync my wife's car with the new opener. Same day service was appreciated.

Our next door neighbor had her garage door repaired by one of your technicians, I believe it was Mike who did the work. His workmanship was outstanding. I asked him if he'd take a look at our door. He did and said he could repair our door that same afternoon. I could not be more pleased. First of all the price was very reasonable. Our door works so well now and is so quiet that I was shocked. And Mike worked through the afternoon to complete the repair in the same day. I think your company and your technicians are top shelf, exemplary. As I said my wife and I couldn't be more pleased. Fast and efficient estimate and quick service was great. That makes it easier to accept the estimate charges which I was not expecting. I think that charge should go away when you agree to the service contract. However the tech did a great job and would recommend this company.

We just wanted to write this to say thank you and we appreciate you!!! At this time of the year, major unexpected repairs can put a real damper on holiday spirits but, we have to admit that although the timing was not great, the satisfaction that we feel with the work that was done does take quite a bit of the sting out. We appreciate that you could schedule us in on the same day and really, really appreciate the work that the your tech Greg did. He did not try to oversell us, he listed our options and allowed us to make the decision that best suited our needs and budget. His attention to detail, the quick work, the professionalism and his courteous manner was amazing. After all was in place, Greg took the time to go over the work done along with what was covered under warranty. He made recommendations on things we could do every so often to keep the door operating smoothly. He also took the time to ensure that the garage was cleaned up after and, he removed all the old parts and any packing material the new parts came in. We feel confident that we will not have any issues with our garage door for years to come. We can't thank Precision Door Service enough and will definitely recommend them to everyone we know. All the best for the holiday season and for the coming New Year.

This represents a review from a very satisfied Precision Door customer. The situation: Without warning our overhead garage door would not entirely close and then would suddenly reverse and re-open. We suspected lightning surges or digital electronic issues. Notwithstanding, Precision technicians (Mr. Ryan Rozelle & helper) responded within 2 hours to our service request and arrived as scheduled. They expertly diagnosed the problem (a center metal weight-bearing plate detached from the garage door frame which then misaligned the open/close drive mechanism). Repairs were quickly accomplished and the problem resolved—all covered under warranty (April 2016 original installation). And, they also programed our new 2018 Subaru car garage opener. Many thanks for your attentiveness and quick response. I highly recommend them! Five stars--all gold.

Rob (sales) and William (installer) were both excellent. They were both very professional and knowledgeable and courteous about my needs. The prices were fair and the workmanship was excellent. I highly recommend this company. I've had other garage door companies upsell me for repairs and parts that weren't necessary. Although there was a recommendation for a new motor along with a new spring, rollers, etc., they weren't pushy and allowed me to stick with my old motor despite possible issues. The door is as good as new and as quiet as a mouse. When the motor goes (might be 2 weeks or 2 years), I will definitely call this company for the new one. These guys are straight shooters!
