My torsion spring broke disabling our garage door. I called for an appointment on Saturday around 9:00 am and my garage door was up and running before noon that same day. Fast, knowledgeable, and courteous service was provided by Jarrod. Thank you Precision Door Service.

I had an issue with my Logic Board. Lift Master sent me the part and I relied on Precision to install it. William came out and reviewed with me the task requested. Upon investigation, found that the doors needed balancing and some general maintenance. Since I have Twin RV doors he invited Ryan, one of the Managers to take a look and help advise. Ryan came out and did adjustments as needed and suggested replacing the rollers. I went with his recommendation. All service was performed in one day with experienced and curtiuos guys. Another tech arrived, Nick, who helped with the final programming. Great team with great results. I enjoyed their personalities and professionalism. They are the guys to use for your garage door needs.

I read customer reviews in addition to service policies. All indicated to me that precision aims to satisfy the customer. From first call to them and subsequent technician notification, arrival, repair of door was excellent in all areas. I will immediately recommend Precision. With repairs done, if by chance need them again I know I can depend on them.

I'm really impressed. Around 10am today, I reached out for a simple service request thinking that there was just something wrong with one of our sensors. Blake came out to assess by 1pm - diagnosed the problem, gave us 4 different solution options, and had us set up for a repair with a technician the same day. Victor came next at 4:45 to install all the new parts. Both guys were polite, respectful, and professional. They both were very clear on timing & expectations through the process. They both called on their way with accurate times. Finally, they both upheld all their commitments. There are a lot of companies out there now that are flakey and don't follow through. This experience was very refreshing from beginning to end. OH, and I chat with someone named Cassie (spelling?) before Blake came out to answer a few questions for me and she was great too. All around, really impressed by our experience today.
