The repair man was more interested in selling me a new $2200.00 garage door than fixing the garage door opener that I called about. My family has done a lot of business with Precision in the past. I'm thinking of different options on my next call.

Why am I telling you this? Because I think Chris, and your labor prices are spot on, and he deserved every cent, and your labor billing is more than fair…..however, I think your charge for the belt is a bunch of crap, it is nearly double of the HIGHEST price I found, which was $20-$25 higher than the average prices I found. Based on that alone, there is no way I could recommend, your otherwise FANTASTIC service, to anybody I know with a straight face. That’s just me being honest, because that’s who I am.

I will rate them higher but they refuse to provide a receipt and warranty paperwork

Dennis, thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. We use tablets to document our visits and we don't have the ability to print in the field. It's not that we refuse to provide you with the paperwork or warranty, we just send it electronically. I see we emailed you a copy but you may have not received it. I personally printed a hard copy and we will mail it to you. I'm sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you. Thank you again for your feedback,
