Best service I have experienced. Ian was the installer and Lloyd was the salesman. I had 3 companies that gave me an estimate and Lloyd was by far the most professional and gave me an itemized written estimate of all items, the others just gave me a price. All 3 were within $100 of each estimate but I went with the company I felt I could trust. Ian showed up on time was a pleasure to deal with. Called them on Monday PM. Opener was installed less than 24 hours later. Technician was friendly, professional and extremely competent. Explained the problem with the old door opener and the need for a new system. Installer came within an hour after technician left. He was also friendly, professional and extremely competent. Made sure everything was working, and explained to me exactly what he had done. Made sure I understood the new system and answered all my questions.

Our garage door stopped on a Sunday late afternoon so I went online and made an appointment with Precision Door Service. Monday morning they showed up and gave us an estimate. Within an hour they had all of the parts and 2 other men showed up and did the work. I have never had a garage door opener that is this quiet. Our opener was 17 years old and it was time to change it out. So I definitely would recommend them to anyone that needs their garage door fixed.

I had what Precision calls a garage door tune up, that is, everything was replaced except the door (hurricane rated) and rails. The rollers, cables, opener, springs, etc were replaced. The old system was 25 years old. The estimate and installation was a same day service and they worked with my work schedule. The only disappointment was I had a convenience button that could opperate the the old system that could not be adapted to the new system. Other than that I am satisfied wih the service and installation and the technicians that did the the estimate and service.

These guys came out on New Year's Day to replace our broken garage door springs. Our 1st techncian Alex came out promptly to access the situation and give the entire assessment of what needed repairs. He gave us several options with no pressure . We chose to have all moving parts replaced and backed by a lifetime guarentee. Within an hour our 2nd technician Maurice arrived with all the neccessary parts and had the job completed in 2 and 1/2 hours. Both men were very courteous and professional. I would completely recommend this company for service on your garage door.

I used Precision Door a couple years ago at our Townhouse, and the service was excellent. Called this time for broken spring at our main house. Scott arrived at exactly 8:00 am (service window given was 8-12), performed a thorough inspection, and offered three levels of service. I chose the full overhaul of all moving parts with lifetime warranty. Work was performed quickly, and Scott took me through exactly what he did, and showed me the safety test he performed. Precision is the only company I would call for any work on garage doors. They are outstanding!

Jeff arrived a little early after calling to let me know his arrival time. This was good news since I'd only called a few hours earlier and was in desperate need of spring replacement and ultimately a new operating system. He explained all the problems facing me and gave me a choice of tending to these bit by bit or entirely all at once. I chose to do it entirely at one time and he set about handling the several hours of work which brought him past 6 PM. He diligently dove into the big, hours long job with confidence and with a good attitude. He is very skilled, strong, experienced and pleasant. I felt entirely comfortable leaving him alone in the garage to do his work in peace. Previously, with other companies' repairmen, I felt extremely uncomfortable due to their aggressive personalities. I would not leave the garage while they were present since I had negative gut feelings about their tendencies. E.G., I stood watch while they were onsite. Theft was accomplished, despite this, in one case. Precision has provided me with a level of comfort due to their ability to hire professionals with good ethics!

I called to get my garage door repaired. Thank goodness the man that came out told me that the springs were not big enough to handle my door. When pulling the cord to disable the opener the door was so heavy I couldn't lift it and could fall down so hard that it could kill or hurt someone badly. He replaced the springs and now I can lift the door with one hand. When pulling it down manually, it stops at each section of the door so it can't slam down. I feel better knowing that my grandchildren could never get harmed from my garage door falling on them. The service man was pleasant and so nice. He gave me a break down of all costs so I could pick and choose what was within my budget that day. I of course chose the items that were a safety concern. You won't be disappointed in this company.
