Second time I have used Precision. Call center polite and efficient. Service tech, Van, on-time, pleasant and efficient. Company appears to really care about and provide top service. In this day in time, a real gem. Will continue to use Precision.

I originally signed up for a garage door tuneup, but the door opener stopped working the next day. Luis came out and explained that the door was too heavy for the springs and the trolley for the screw drive was broken. He repaired everything and installed new nylon rollers. Everything works great now. I appreciate Luis coming out on Christmas Eve. Thanks for all the great repairs.
