Steve replaced the light bulb, pushed a little button, replaced a nut, re-programmed our car devices and politely did not laugh at us! Precision Doors sent Tom same-day to replace the sensors on my Rollin garage door. Tom checked all operational ability of the door and had it operable quickly. Tom was even able to arrive 2 hours ahead of scheduled time. Professional, polite, reasonably priced. All work is guaranteed.

I read enough reviews to get a good feeling about Precision. I wasn't disappointed. The appointment went just about like others described --- it was confirmed, Jacob arrived exactly when he said he would, the diagnosis was carefully explained to me, several options for repair/replace were explained, the work was professional, and he went the extra mile to caution me and explain how to do certain tasks myself to avoid injury. I've had garage doors for decades and could not have been more pleased with the service and the treatment.

We were so pleased that the tech was able to come the same day, and on a Saturday, too. He arrived early, after calling to say he was ahead of schedule. He took time to explain the options and then fixed the problem. He also replaced a part on our other door, which probably saved us a future repair expense. My d garage door of 30+ years needed help. Andrew came out to take a look and confirmed my thoughts that a replacement was the best option. Andrew didn't pressure me toward a new door, he just pointed out the pro and cons of repair vs replace. I went with replacement. Andrew help me pick out the best door for my needs and completed the purchase order. Precision handeled the permits needed and returned when the new door hardware was ready fir installation. Evan and Austin performed the installation, everything went very well, the job was completed to my satisfaction. One installed noticed a defect with one of the windows and processed paperwork to get a replacement. I probably would missed the defect otherwise. The belt drive opener is very quit, as is the door movement up and down. My satisfaction with Precision is five star, and I highly recommend them. I like the web page that has pictures of the employees that dispatched to my house, I can read a short bio and know more about the person I will be talking to.

My technician was knowledgeable and friendly. He explained the reasons my garage door wouldn't open up all the way I, who am not mechanically inclined, could understand. He gave me options for repairing the mechanisms causing the problems and the pricing for each option. He allowed me to make a decision without pushing me to select the most costly repair. One I selected the option that suited me best, he completed the work quickly and neatly. Best of all he loved my dogs.

Blake arrived on time and listened to my concerns. He quickly i.d. the problem, which was emergency light beam to stop door closer if someone or something in the path.
