Precision has been our vendor of choice for several years. Scott, Your guys were awesome today! I called originally for a faulty sensor because I am selling my house. They fixed that and then replaced a hinge that had come loose. Since my motor was 15 years old, I asked them what my options were and they explained the 3 to me. I asked them to install the 10 yr warranty level and they did so very quickly. I was very pleased with the result and the quality of the installation. I really enjoy the significantly reduced noise level and the new key pad outside. l also appreciate the message prior to their arrival. I am happy to recommend your company to anyone in need of any of your services. Thank you!!!

Five stars! Our garage door was not opening, the mechanism was moving but the door would not open and close. Kevin was dispatched the same day. He promptly diagnosed the problem, explained it, and told me exactly what should be done to repair it. His work was exemplary, and he finished it promptly. He performed a general maintenance as well. The door needed a new seal on the bottom, and he returned the next day with the replacement part. Kevin was knowledgeable, helpful and reliable. He explained how the door should be handled manually in the event of a power outage. I had full confidence in his expertise. A very good customer service experience. Thank you Kevin, and thank you Precision, very much appreciated!

I found your company on Angie's List and it got great reviews. I heartily agree, and would recommend this company to anyone who needed garage door work. The technician was as nice as could be. Arrived on time, called first to announce he was coming, and did not charge me for coming out here, even after I told him that I would not be able to go ahead with the repairs at this time. Most companies charge an estimate fee at least.

Charlie was great. That's why I gave the 4 stars. Unfortunately, most everything he did I could have done with a bit of help over the phone. The touch pad needs batteries. I need to go buy those and install them. The door needed WD-40. I could have done that if you had walked me through it or suggested it before hand. I could have saved Charlie a visit and me $65. I am widowed and am on a fixed budget. This is one of many things not working right now and I am a bit overwhelmed with it all. Sorry , I am just venting a bit. I appreciate your help in the past. In the future if we can problem solve any issue that I might be able to correct, please give me that chance. Thanks.

I have used Precision Door service several times over the years and have been very satified. The technicians are always courteous and have a professional look by wearing uniforms that are pressed and clean. Blake today replaced our garage door opener and was knowledgeable and explained everything I needed to know. I also like the fact they drove clean trucks that looked like they were well maintained. The company also follows up with a confirmation email. I would highly recommend this garage door company. Everything from my first call to Blake leaving was excellant!

Both Blake & Andrew were very professional, polite, helpful and extremely hard working you men. I couldn't believe that they "kept their Cool" even in this 90+ degree Florida heat! Blake had to return twice because he had accidently picked up the wrong size belt... Andrew was working late into the evening and put a new set of springs on and made sure the garage door was balanced. He even helped us reprogram our openers. Thanks so much!

When we had a problem with our 20 year old garage door coming off it's track and broken opener I researched local companies for service. Charlie came out and explained all of our options. I appreciated that he did not try to "sell" us anything. With the options in hand we decided to replace our entire door system with a better model and opener. The price was reasonable compared to just replacing the hardware and opener. They were able to complete the project the next day. Charlie was efficient and did an excellent job with the installation. When finished he cleaned everything up and explained how the new opener worked. Given that I only had the web recommendations for Precision I wasn't entirely sure about how this would turn out, but I was extremely pleased with the workmanship, professionalism, and friendliness of Charlie.
