I was most impressed with the way my initial call was handled - very courteous and professional. I appreciated getting an email notification of my appointment time that included information on the service technician was would come to my house. Charlie was very helpful and knowledgeable about the problem with my garage door opener. I chose to have him install a new one which he did in the time he said it would take. Afterwards he helped program the keypad and the opener in my car. I was very pleased with the results and will recommend Precision to others.

I purchased an Angie's List coupon for a garage door tune up which included new nylon rollers. The appointment was scheduled for the next day. The technician called to let me know he was on the way, and arrived within the time frame as scheduled. Louis was professional and cordial. He answered my questions. He completed the job very quickly. The door opens as smoothly as a new door. I would recommend this company and use it again.

William Shank was on time and did an excellent job, particularly since our older garage needed some modification to accept the new door. Some trim pieces had to be removed. The final installation looks very attractive and works without a hitch. He had to work quiet late, but his professionalism paid off in a job very well done.

Van and James arrived right on time and were very helpful in assessing the problems with our present door. We concluded that the best solution was a new door. They showed us a range of options as to the levels of quality availabe as well as design and color options for a new door. They helped us make our decision, but at no time did we feel pressure. I hope they will be the ones to do the installation.

A problem with our garage door opener occured after a power outage in our area. Charlie came out and explained that this sometimes happens. He re-programmed the settings and then made sure that the door worked properly. Charlie was very professional and personable. Precision should be very proud of him.
