Precision Garage Door did an excellent job. My garage door opener broke the night before, and I was able to schedule online for a complete new install by noon the very next day. Anthony and Rudy were quick, professional, and knowledgeable. They gave me multiple recommended options that fit my budget and clearly explained everything so I could choose the opener that best met my needs. Great service from start to finish—highly recommend!

Needed a broken spring replaced they wanted to repair the complete door the price quoted was approximately $2600.00 Then a price was given for just the springs at first it was approximately $900 for the good springs I said to much so I got the cheap springs for $773. You can buy a pair of the best selling springs on Amazon for $95 and either install them yourself or hire a handyman for a $200 or less. Oh by the way I was told my warranty had just expired.

Our garage door was damaged by our newest driver in the home and then shortly after by the new driver’s teacher (Dad). As a result, the door was bent, misaligned, and unable to close. This morning I had my service appointment that I booked online on their website. Really easy and quick to make. The following morning I received a call from the technician Jose Garcia Sanchez. He was letting me know he was on the way. Jose arrived shortly after and introduced himself and listened to the issues and concerns I was having with the garage. After careful inspection of the condition of my garage he quickly gave me some options for repairs. He carefully explained everything in detail and answered any questions along the way that I had. After selecting the best option for me on the repairs he was fast and thorough making easy work of the complete repairs. When he was done he did a test run on the new parts and tweaked the alignment on the door opening and closing with a perfect seal on closing. Afterwards Jose went over everything he repaired and installed. Giving me an enormous amount of information on regular maintenance and other ways to re link the garage opener with the remotes and keypad I had outside on the side of the garage. His customer service was outstanding. He went well beyond what I expected for a technician doing the repairs. I would highly recommend Jose as there go to technician. I definitely recommend Precision Garage Door Service to anyone looking to get it done right. As a military veteran I can appreciate specialists that know their craft and exemplify excellence when performing the job at hand. *** Please recognize Jose Garcia Sanchez on a job well done. Yearly check up with added support brackets which were done because builder only did minimum to pass code for 2002. Prior yearly checkup technicians had never recommended that addition.

Door was repaired quickly. Serviceman arrived on time. Company sent picture of repairman beforehand so I would recognize him when he arrived. I really appreciated that. He went over the working of my entire garage system. Told me price of each thing that needed attention. Which thing needed repair at the time and what could wait until later. I went ahead and did everything recommended. Would recommend Precision to all my friends.
