Service provided 10/4/2023 for a new Haas 600 series garage door and new opener. Old equipment removed and install of new door and opener went smoothly. Ian and Matt did a great job and were completed in under 4 hours. Door looks as promised and new liftmaster opener is quiet and smooth with a lot of bells and whistles. Ian explained the use of the door and opener and helped us set up the App on our cell phones. Couldn’t ask for nicer people. Both were young and got the job done with smiles. Good workers. Tyler in sales was knowledgeable and pleasant and was responsive to our questions prior to the install. Got the door in months time and we were aware that it could have been 4-6 weeks. So good job guys! Thanks.

They came within 24 hrs of call made a proper assessment of all requirements. No issues with timings, they were there and gone less than 1day complete install. Took all old hardware away. Installed new opener. Not the lowest price, however the service was excellent. Even returned to reprogram opener after power outage. Highly recommend

PM had recently been done on our garage door, but it sometimes would almost close, then open up again. Evan Tucker discovered the culprit, the rope on one end of the door was hanging down. If the wind was blowing, the rope would block the path of the light beam, causing the door to stop closing. We were very pleased with Evan's professionalism and also happy that there was no charge. This is good business!

Precision Door Service merits a resounding five-star rating, hands down. I called and left a message on Wednesday, got a courteous and prompt return call first thing Thursday morning, scheduled an assessment/estimate for Friday morning, and the technician was on site early afternoon on Friday to complete the repair. That kind of responsiveness and service is rare these days. Both Tom Norman, who came Friday morning to do our assessment and estimate, and Jordan Nein, who flawlessly effected the repairs on Friday afternoon, were consummately professional and courteous. The kind of gentlemen you'd like to have as friends. Precision Door Service is fortunate to have them on staff. The repair estimate was well within reason and we feel like we were treated as valuable customers. Cannot say enough about how good our experience was from the first phone call until Jordan drove away in the repair van. We wholeheartedly endorse their services.

I had my spring break on my garage door. I had Ron Wiggins come out and do the assessment. He was very knowledgeable and suggested I get two springs and two new cables which i agreed. He also gave me a estimate for a new garage door. I liked everything he said and suggested. Great guy. 15 min. Later the installer came. His name was James Jacob. James did a jam up job. He put the new springs and cables on. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He got my garage door working well. Great guy and dam good installer. I can't say enough about our technician, Jordan. He reviewed our issue and explained what had to be done clearly and then corrected the problem (outdoor keypad went bad). He then checked our door and opener operation, made a couple of suggestions for maintenance that made complete sense and completed the tasks. I would give Jordan a 5 star plus rating.

From the beginning meeting with meeting Brittney to Ian and Matthew doing the install we have been very pleased with the customer service. Ian and Matthew did an excellent job installing the new garage door at my mother-in-law's home. When she came home she was thrilled at how nice it looked. She loves that she now has natural light coming through the windows. When she closed the door she was amazed at how quiet it is. Ian let me know when he was on the way by text message and a phone call. They a great job providing before and after pictures. The job site was cleaned up after. Thanks for the great work from beginning to end. We will definitely recommend Precision to our friends!

Blake Furukawa came this afternoon to evaluate the problem with my garage door. He explained everything to me gave me two options to fix my problems. I chose to have the repairs he suggested which was almost like a new door. He was great and helpful. Bernard Hartfield came to do the work. He also explained what he was going to do. He replaced rollers, springs, reinforced things and installed new opener. He was great and I am very happy with the work he did. Both guys were great. Thanks for taking care of my problem so fast.

Precision referred by neighbor, I had no issue using garage door but needed long overdue checkup, appointment made quickly, technician Blake did checkup, explained work needed and estimate, Jacob arrived next day to complete work, explained new items, (drop down menu below for “new items” may not capture items I tapped) your invoice lists items needed from belt, springs, drum, roller, cables to existing door panels, remotes, keypad, new manuals, I’m very pleased I scheduled this checkup, my garage door is quiet and smooth. I was very pleased with the level of service I received from Precision today. I completed a request online last night around 10pm. Someone called me today and they were able to fit me in two hours later. A small time window was given for both of my appointments and both technicians were on time. I received a text (with a photo and background information about each technician) to inform me the technician was on the way. Both technicians also called me to give me a specific time of arrival after the text was received. Both men seemed knowledgeable and were helpful, kind, and not pushy. I would use their services again! Thank you Precision!

Precision was exceptional!! They called and let us know what time they would arrive. They were polite and professional and also very helpful. I really just called for an estimate, but the salesman was so thorough and checked everything and explained the problem, I just went ahead and had them do the installation. Overall experience was excellent. Got inspection and recommendations around 10am,had total job started by 1:30 and finished same day. New Liftmaster opener installed along with new springs ,cables,rollers,plus new bottom seal. Juancarlos worked by himself in the heat and was very helpful installing app on our phone and programed remotes for vehicles and keypad. Very satisfied with this company and will recommend to anyone needing garage door repair.

Tyler was very helpful in diagnosing the problem with my very old garage door opener and provided helpful guidance on recommending the right garage door opener without trying to aggressively sell me on things I didn't need.
