I was very pleased with the level of service I received from Precision today. I completed a request online last night around 10pm. Someone called me today and they were able to fit me in two hours later. A small time window was given for both of my appointments and both technicians were on time. I received a text (with a photo and background information about each technician) to inform me the technician was on the way. Both technicians also called me to give me a specific time of arrival after the text was received. Both men seemed knowledgeable and were helpful, kind, and not pushy. I would use their services again! Thank you Precision!

Precision was exceptional!! They called and let us know what time they would arrive. They were polite and professional and also very helpful. I really just called for an estimate, but the salesman was so thorough and checked everything and explained the problem, I just went ahead and had them do the installation. The girls in the office were also very cooperative and professional when I called with a problem. Just a "all around" good experience and I would recommend them.

From start to finish, the process was smooth and easy. Cameron came for the inspection, and he was knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and worked in a timely manner. He explained everything thoroughly and gave all the options available for my situation. Jancarlos, who did the repairs/installation was thorough, professional, courteous, and diligent in the repair/installation work. He took the necessary time to explain everything afterward. Both gentlemen made me feel at ease with them being on my property and with the services being provided. Overall experience was excellent. Got inspection and recommendations around 10am,had total job started by 1:30 and finished same day. New Liftmaster opener installed along with new springs ,cables,rollers,plus new bottom seal. Juancarlos worked by himself in the heat and was very helpful installing app on our phone and programed remotes for vehicles and keypad. Very satisfied with this company and will recommend to anyone needing garage door repair.

Tyler was very helpful in diagnosing the problem with my very old garage door opener and provided helpful guidance on recommending the right garage door opener without trying to aggressively sell me on things I didn't need. Evan was very nice & knowledgeable in installing the new opener & helping to set everything up. I'll be contacting Precision Door in the future if I ever need anything else!

Great experience from beginning to end. Everyone showed up on time and professional. Ian and Matt installed everything so nicely and removed and took away the old door. I love that they send a text with the name and picture and brief bio on the people coming to work for you. Helps to identify them and gives some insight into who they are. I would highly recommend this company!

I'm really impressed. Around 10am today, I reached out for a simple service request thinking that there was just something wrong with one of our sensors. Blake came out to assess by 1pm - diagnosed the problem, gave us 4 different solution options, and had us set up for a repair with a technician the same day. Victor came next at 4:45 to install all the new parts. Both guys were polite, respectful, and professional. They both were very clear on timing & expectations through the process. They both called on their way with accurate times. Finally, they both upheld all their commitments. There are a lot of companies out there now that are flakey and don't follow through. This experience was very refreshing from beginning to end. OH, and I chat with someone named Cassie (spelling?) before Blake came out to answer a few questions for me and she was great too. All around, really impressed by our experience today.

Greetings, My experience with your company was outstanding... It began with your sales representative Tyler, who provided an excellent presentation of the value of the materials used and the warranty service which your company provides. He was able to accommodate a same day overhaul of all the moving parts, including new springs. Our case was unique because the builder who constructed our community used a substandard garage door installer who did not install the system correctly. Jimmy was assigned to do the overhaul the same afternoon after the initial appointment with Tyler. He was a pleasure to work with. He did the installation and provided me a walkthrough of everything he did, and explained the warranty and the invoice I would be receiving by email. Thank you to both of them for having made this repair a pleasant experience. I own several properties and will for sure reach out to your office for future support of all my garage systems. Thank goodness my garage door stopped working, so i could have Precision Door Service install a new, updated opener. Blake arrived right on time, accessed the situation, and recommended a replacement which could be accomplished the next day. And as promised, Jacob and Zach arrived early, and before i knew it, i had a new, more efficient door opener which will last many years. Precision was recommended to me by a good friend, and i will certainly recommend them to my friends. Timely, efficient, and did a good job cleaning up.

This was about the third time that I have used Precision Door Service company and I have been more than satisfied with the work that they did at my home. I have a three car garage and I had the two garage doors overhauled and added updated belt driven garage door openers. The two men that serviced my garage doors and installed my garage door openers did a superb job and explained everything to me. I was more than impressed at the fine work they did and professionalism they displayed. I would definitely have my garage serviced again by this company and recommend anyone who needs to get their garage doors serviced. Trust me you will not be disappointed!

Precision sums up the service we received from Precision Garage Door of Orlando. We called at 10:16 am and Noah (Operations Support) told us that a Service Technician would contact us. At 12:29 pm Cameron contacted us to say he is on his way. Cameron did his thorough assessment, gave us a quote for replacing our garage door opener. When we accepted his recommendation and quote, he told us that Victor would come and do the replacement later that same afternoon. At 3:25 pm Victor texted to say he is on his way. At 7 pm we had a new silent Lift Master Garage Door opener operational. This is customer service for you. Congratulations and thank you Team Precision Garage Door of Orlando… We are impressed and have no hesitation in recommending you all.

The prompt attention to my problem and the professionalism of the Precision Door Service was impressive. Blake Furukawa arrived promptly quickly assessed my problem and provided a complete estimate for the work to be performed. Sean O’Leary was assigned the job of replacing my antiquated system with a complete new modern “quiet” system including replacing the old door hardware. The garage door operates smoothly and is nearly silent. It did not operate this well when new. I am very pleased and gladly recommend this company.

I call Precision to service my garage door as they were local to my area of Orlando. They were quick to send someone first to determine the cause of my problem and then to give me options for repairs needed and then once I agreed to the service they recommended they had an installer on his way to my home to make the repairs right away. Both the technician and the installer were very nice, and explained everything. Would highly recommend anyone needing help with there garage door or opener to call Precision for their work.

I was looking for a better garage door system then originally installed by builder. After just 3 years of use it was making quit a bit of noise when opening and closing, door operation was no longer smooth. I contacted Precision because of tv commercials I've seen over the last couple of years. It was easy to set up an appointment and they were out very quickly to inspect and provided three different repair/replace options to choose from. After selecting my preferred repair the technician checked on available parts and were back the next day to complete the repair. The technician was very polite and professional and the repairs exceed my expectations, I couldn't be happyer.
