I called several companies and this was the only one who answered the phone. They were able to schedule my service within 24 hrs with no trip charge, and the tech repaired everything in that one call. He showed me all options and let me select without pressure. He also found a sticker on my door where the company had done a previous service so I now have history reports in their computer. While I would like to have spent less, it was recommended to change the old opener for a newer, more reliable one. I love it!

Our garage door technician, Juan Ortiz, arrived on time. He was polite, very knowledgeable and professional. He was friendly and approachable. Juan explained everything that we required for the tune up to be completed and also explained how everything work. We’d appreciate, when the next tune up is due, that Juan be the assigned technician. Overall a professional and agreeable experience. He gets a 10 out of 10.

Roland installed a new garage door motor and several other parts that were worn out. He notified me when he was on his way, was on time, courteous, professional explained all options, explained new system when job was completed and answered all questions thoroughly. Precision Garage Door Service was recommended by a family member, so I did not get any other estimates, therefore cannot comment on the price of these services.

Our garage door went out of alignment. We called Precision on Saturday evening and they sent someone on Sunday. Even though we were last on the list our tech, Anthony, showed up at 9 PM and wouldn’t leave until the problem was completely fixed which was almost 11 PM. Anthony was excellent in every way! He was professional, friendly, courteous, and asked all the right questions. He didn’t try to sell us a new door, but gave us an honest recommendation for what needed to be fixed and what we should do to prevent the problem from happening again. I highly recommend Anthony and would like to thank him for his excellent service.
