My 18' garage door needed a full replacement of springs, motor, outside remote, floor seal...the works. Austin did the assessment and quote. He took his time and demonstrated a huge and impressive knowledge of my door issues. Precision Garage Door was not my first call. The first guys did not inspire confidence. A hard pass. Austin was the exact answer to this first bad experience! You can tell he is all about the customer and getting it right. He has been with Precision 7 years. Incredible. One week after ordering the equipment, Austin spent 9 hours in the Florida heat getting my doors perfect. Do yourself a favor, stop searching on the internet, you are in good hands with these guys.

We had an issue with both the garage door opener and several parts on the garage door. Precision was able to send Nick out the same day. He did a great job of evaluating the door, explaining the issues to us and giving us an estimate. An hour later, Sam came out and replaced the opener and several parts on the door. Before he left he ensured we were comfortable with operating the door and he also programmed our cars for us. Both men were extremely knowledgeable and courteous. We highly recommend Precision. Great service.

What a pleasure it is to work with precision door. Ian and Matt installed my door with professionalism and accuracy. They were fantastic. You can pay less for a garage door package but trust me you’ll get what you pay for. Do yourself a favor and don’t bother with anyone else - these people are the best!!

I called Precision as soon as I realized my garage door opener was completely broken. It was July 4th holiday- they answered the phone at 7:30 am and had a technician out at 9:00 am. I needed a new system and they offered me the same day appointment for an installation. The install technician came at 11:00 am and worked in the hot garage for 4 hours. He was polite and patient when explaining the system. I am so impressed with the quality of work and the excellent capability of the technicians. I would highly recommend this company.

We discussed service for our 10-year old opener and called Precision on July 4th weekend. They sent Roland out within a couple hours. We decided to replace opener with a new LiftMaster 3/4 hp unit. Evan and Michael came an hour later to install new unit. It was about 4-hours start to finish. Installers were pleasant, knowledgeable and showed us how to use product. What a great experience!

On the day of the installation, Donnell and Jason were prompt, courteous, and did excellent work replacing a 30-year-old garage door and opener.

Mason and the team were very informative. The team was done in less than 2 hours. The original door was okay to use and just needed reinforced and system up to code. The existing door and motor was over 30 years old. New spring was installed, door reinforced, safety LEDs, new 1/2 hp motor. Operation is smooth and quiet. The team did a great job! Also remote and programmed to automobile with a new location for switch on the wall.

I had a complete Hardware Overhaul along with a new 87504 Lift Opener installed. My thoughts: Pro's: Amazing customer service at every level from Viktor the Estimator to Jimmy the Installer. Knowledgeable, fast response times with questions and options, I had an appointment within 24 hours of accepting a quote, patient and very polite. My garage upon completion can hardly be heard when opening or closing, excellent motion LED lights and Camera system. Top quality hardware all around. Con's: Zero. Job well done Precision! I replaced my aging garage door with a hurricane rated door as well as replaced an old noisy garage door opener with a new belt drive motor. My experience was fantastic with all employees which I had the pleasure to interact with. They were all professional, customer focused, extremely knowledgeable, and very helpful. Tyler H. was the first Technician that came out the next morning after I called the office and provided me with several options and recommendations. He applied no sales pressure & actually listened to me wants and needs. Did an excellent job The garage door was ordered from the manufacturer in Ohio & Stephanie S. me posted on the order & shipment status. Ian C. & Sam P. did the actual installation of the new garage door and opener paying meticulous attention to details, answered my questions, explained all features & even programmed my vehicles' Home Link system, which was most appreciated. Very pleased with their work and customer focus.

We have been having issues with the door not going down all the way and then going back up. We called Precision and they had someone come out the next morning to trouble shoot the situation. He determined the motor was not talking with the sensors 100% of the time. So he gave me the option to just let it go and put up with the hassle like we have for 4 years or make the change to a new unit. We chose to make the change to the Lifetime Warranty model, with new rollers and belt driven. He was able to have someone at our house within an hour (What Customer Service). Then JC showed up to put the new unit in and went through the all the set up for MyQ App, the pad outside on the wall and our car. He did a great job explaining everything along with the "troubleshooter" technician, Blake. I would highly recommend Precision and especially these two employees.
