Thank goodness my garage door stopped working, so i could have Precision Door Service install a new, updated opener. Blake arrived right on time, accessed the situation, and recommended a replacement which could be accomplished the next day. And as promised, Jacob and Zach arrived early, and before i knew it, i had a new, more efficient door opener which will last many years. Precision was recommended to me by a good friend, and i will certainly recommend them to my friends. Timely, efficient, and did a good job cleaning up.

This was about the third time that I have used Precision Door Service company and I have been more than satisfied with the work that they did at my home. I have a three car garage and I had the two garage doors overhauled and added updated belt driven garage door openers. The two men that serviced my garage doors and installed my garage door openers did a superb job and explained everything to me. I was more than impressed at the fine work they did and professionalism they displayed. I would definitely have my garage serviced again by this company and recommend anyone who needs to get their garage doors serviced. Trust me you will not be disappointed!

Precision sums up the service we received from Precision Garage Door of Orlando. We called at 10:16 am and Noah (Operations Support) told us that a Service Technician would contact us. At 12:29 pm Cameron contacted us to say he is on his way. Cameron did his thorough assessment, gave us a quote for replacing our garage door opener. When we accepted his recommendation and quote, he told us that Victor would come and do the replacement later that same afternoon. At 3:25 pm Victor texted to say he is on his way. At 7 pm we had a new silent Lift Master Garage Door opener operational. This is customer service for you. Congratulations and thank you Team Precision Garage Door of Orlando… We are impressed and have no hesitation in recommending you all.

The prompt attention to my problem and the professionalism of the Precision Door Service was impressive. Blake Furukawa arrived promptly quickly assessed my problem and provided a complete estimate for the work to be performed. Sean O’Leary was assigned the job of replacing my antiquated system with a complete new modern “quiet” system including replacing the old door hardware. The garage door operates smoothly and is nearly silent. It did not operate this well when new. I am very pleased and gladly recommend this company.

I call Precision to service my garage door as they were local to my area of Orlando. They were quick to send someone first to determine the cause of my problem and then to give me options for repairs needed and then once I agreed to the service they recommended they had an installer on his way to my home to make the repairs right away. Both the technician and the installer were very nice, and explained everything. Would highly recommend anyone needing help with there garage door or opener to call Precision for their work.

I was looking for a better garage door system then originally installed by builder. After just 3 years of use it was making quit a bit of noise when opening and closing, door operation was no longer smooth. I contacted Precision because of tv commercials I've seen over the last couple of years. It was easy to set up an appointment and they were out very quickly to inspect and provided three different repair/replace options to choose from. After selecting my preferred repair the technician checked on available parts and were back the next day to complete the repair. The technician was very polite and professional and the repairs exceed my expectations, I couldn't be happyer.

We have been having issues with the door not going down all the way and then going back up. We called Precision and they had someone come out the next morning to trouble shoot the situation. He determined the motor was not talking with the sensors 100% of the time. So he gave me the option to just let it go and put up with the hassle like we have for 4 years or make the change to a new unit. We chose to make the change to the Lifetime Warranty model, with new rollers and belt driven. He was able to have someone at our house within an hour (What Customer Service). Then JC showed up to put the new unit in and went through the all the set up for MyQ App, the pad outside on the wall and our car. He did a great job explaining everything along with the "troubleshooter" technician, Blake. I would highly recommend Precision and especially these two employees.

My 18' garage door needed a full replacement of springs, motor, outside remote, floor seal...the works. Austin did the assessment and quote. He took his time and demonstrated a huge and impressive knowledge of my door issues. Precision Garage Door was not my first call. The first guys did not inspire confidence. A hard pass. Austin was the exact answer to this first bad experience! You can tell he is all about the customer and getting it right. He has been with Precision 7 years. Incredible. One week after ordering the equipment, Austin spent 9 hours in the Florida heat getting my doors perfect. Do yourself a favor, stop searching on the internet, you are in good hands with these guys.

We had an issue with both the garage door opener and several parts on the garage door. Precision was able to send Nick out the same day. He did a great job of evaluating the door, explaining the issues to us and giving us an estimate. An hour later, Sam came out and replaced the opener and several parts on the door. Before he left he ensured we were comfortable with operating the door and he also programmed our cars for us. Both men were extremely knowledgeable and courteous. We highly recommend Precision. Great service.

I called Precision as soon as I realized my garage door opener was completely broken. It was July 4th holiday- they answered the phone at 7:30 am and had a technician out at 9:00 am. I needed a new system and they offered me the same day appointment for an installation. The install technician came at 11:00 am and worked in the hot garage for 4 hours. He was polite and patient when explaining the system. I am so impressed with the quality of work and the excellent capability of the technicians. I would highly recommend this company.

It began with your sales representative Tyler, who provided an excellent presentation of the value of the materials used and the warranty service which your company provides. He was able to accommodate a same day overhaul of all the moving parts, including new springs. Our case was unique because the builder who constructed our community used a substandard garage door installer who did not install the system correctly. Jimmy was assigned to do the overhaul the same afternoon after the initial appointment with Tyler. He was a pleasure to work with. He did the installation and provided me a walkthrough of everything he did, and explained the warranty and the invoice I would be receiving by email.
