Our garage door stopped working over the weekend. Nick came out today to fix it and was phenomenal. He explained everything going on extremely clearly. He made suggestions for preventative maintenance and upgrades but was not pushy at all, just informative. He was so polite and personable. I highly recommend Precision based on our experience with Nick. Efficient, effective and friendly service.

I have lived in Central Florida since 1981, and I used them in the past and recommended them recently. They charged my friend around $2,300.00 for parts/repair work, that I had quoted by other companies afterwards for half the price, and I even had them quote on the same exact repairs to me afterwards for hundreds of dollars less than what they charged my friend. I thought it was an honest mistake and called them and they refused to refund any money to my friend. It wasn't a mistake. Buyer beware. I do not trust them anymore and do not recommend them. UPDATE: They called my friend the next day and refunded a large sum of the money bringing the price down to a reasonable amount. I appreciate their professionalism and working this out after the fact. They could have said "a contract is a contract" but they worked it out for my friend. I am satisfied with the result of dealing with this company. Very pleased to see this kind of business ethics still exists. Thank you Precision Garage Doors.

Very knowledgeable but almost to the point where it cost me too much. I had another company look and was going to have to order new springs for install a few days later. And they didn't mention any of the issues that Precision recommended. Glad precision stepped in and got the job done...

Sevice was very good. However, I think the upcharge of $149.00 for adjusting the spring on the garage door was extensive for the 5 - 10 minutes it took. No additional parts were needed or anything else. I am not happy and will not call again.

Was having sporadic issues with the remote and sensors. Joseph (Joe) showed up at 2pm; we had the 2-6pm slot, and I explained the problem and he said he needed about 20 minutes to do a check on every part of the garage door and components. The left rail was out of alignment and that was interfering with the door opening and closing properly. About another half hour later, the bottom brackets were replaced and all parts cleaned and lubricated. We had this door, motor, springs, etc installed in November of 2023 and never had any issues or routine maintenance.

Gentleman was very polite, old school for age he shook your hand, which was nice. He came for one thing and said ya know why I am here I can do a "tune up" which was great because one had not been done in quite a while. Over all I would like him to be the one to come out any and every time when we need some one to. It's great working with someone so polite and courteous thank you.

Don’t believe their reviews there’s no way on earth and any company has all five starter reviews not for what these people charge. I called have a garage door opener replaced. They told me it would be $2100. Everybody else is 6 to 700 be very leery of their reviews. Nobody gets that many five star reviews without any complaints. This is total bull.

Went on the Precision website and was able to get same-day service for our noisy door. Turns out the door and all hardware were original - 24 years old. Our technician - Hiram Camacho - was OUTSTANDING in his analysis, explanation, and recommendations to update our door and opener. Hiram even called in another technician so they could finish the job the same day. I cannot remember when my wife and I have been so impressed with a company and their employees.
