Had an excellent revue the other day for Roland did a great job and explained everything. Also showed me and explained what needed to be done. Thought Roland would be back today but was pleasantly surprised with the tech ( and I'm sorry I forgot his name) that came today and replaced the cables. Both gentlemen excellent employees.

We contacted Precision Garage Door for a repair and then ended up installing 3 new quiet motors with WiFi. The first technician to diagnose the repair was prompt, courteous and professional. Since it was an extensive repair, we inquired about replacing all 3 motors. We were given a reasonable estimate for the job. The two technicians Jimmy and Brittany arrived on time. They were very thorough and professional. When the install was completed, Jimmy took the time to explain the Wifi capability and help set up in the App. He went the extra mile by contacting LiftMaster while still on premise with a glitch we were having with setup. I received great customer service throughout the whole process from scheduling the repair to installing all new motors. I even received a follow up phone call after the job was completed.

Everything about my experience with Precision was five stars. From my initial inquiry to my installation. Customer service was outstanding at every stage of the process. The installation today was flawless. Ian and Matt did a superb job. They were on time and got right to work. The door looks fantastic. The company respond to my request immediately. Blake and Victor are awesome today. Blake is very professional, customer friendly. He explains things patiently and clearly to customers. He is also dedicated to win the business for the company and beat other competitors by the quality and price. He had excellent communication and relationship building skills. Victor is also great, he is very skillful, diligent and hard working, and finished my garage work very well and in time. To work with the company is a great choice I have made today. My house is for sale, and the day before a showing the garage door broke. I called Precision and they came that afternoon and were ready to do the repairs. the Tech, Jimmy, was courteous, knowledgeable, and showed me what he was going to do. He didn't talk down to me, but he explained it in terms that I could understand, for which I am grateful. Very nice young man. I am very pleased with the work.

My garage door wasn’t closing properly for a few months, but I couldn’t find the problem, then one day I noticed my right runner was dislodging from the ceiling. I called and Korah with Precision Garage Door sent Beau and Chris to get it fixed the same day. They were there on time in and out in an hour, provided great customer service and I didn’t feel overcharged. My garage has never run so smoothly. It was a much better experience than I initially anticipated. 10 out of 10!

I bought my garage door and opener a few years ago from Precision Door. Recently a power surge damaged my opener and I contacted Precision. Within a few days a technician came over to access my problem. I had to buy a new opener. I had to wait for the new opener to come in. Precision called me to schedule a time for someone to come over and install the new opener and belt. Cooper came over. He installed everything and programmed my remotes in a timely fashion. I’m very pleased with Precision Door Service. Their staff and technicians are very friendly and professional. I highly recommend Precision Door Services.

Jacob work with such excellence and take pride in is job, he did explain and show me what he did replacing my new garage thank you Jacob. My recommendation for Jacob with your company would be a in a management role as a training personal. Jacob is very knowledgeable, and he take time to explain and show passion regarding is job. Precision Garage was recommended to me by my realtor, and they did not disappoint! The sales/quote guy was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. He didn't try to oversell me, but answered my questions and even kindly repeated the information when I asked my father-in-law his opinion. Once we decided what to do, the service guys were out just an hour or two later. My house was chaotic that day with my moving company here and I also had another service rep, but the service team took care of what they needed while I could handle other things. They were great teaching me all the things I needed to know about my new garage door openers. Precision's staff was awesome, and I really, really like the motors & hardware they installed.

I cannot say enough about Precision Garage Door and the fantastic service I received from this company and every single technician that I encountered. They are nothing but professional in all aspects of their organization. I just purchased a house that had a converted carport to a garage that's was done about 30+ years ago. However, the previous owners never bothered to add a header so there was an opening at the top of the garage door. I had numerous garage door companies tell me that they could get me a new garage door but couldn't add a garage door opener. I was not going to manually open my garage door so I contacted a few more garage door companies. My boss recommended Precision to me. I just assumed Precision would be super expensive, since my boss is very extravagant, to say the least.-LOL! They were about $2k less than I planned to spend. Precision replaced every part needed for a garage door to work including the garage door (rails, a header, trim & etc) for under $3k. My garage door looks beautiful and it's so quiet. I'm so grateful that Precision hires nothing but the Best of the Best for their company.
