This company is a total rip off . Had a guy come out yesterday to maintenance two garage doors and change out rollers he told me 1400.00 we got a second estimate today that was 450.00 for both doors. . Will never use precision garage door again. Total rip off! Beware!

Your installer and sales person, Chris, did a great job working with us and his manager to make us happy and they succeeded! We had 2 garage door openers installed with belt drive (very quiet) lights, cameras, battery backup and MyQ internet/ mobile app. Chris is a very polite, knowledgeable, professional young man who did a great job at our house! We love the new openers and remotes!
It is wonderful to hear how pleased you are with the new openers and all their features. Thank you for your kind words about our team’s professionalism and care throughout the process. We truly appreciate you choosing Precision Garage Door Service of Central Florida and are delighted to know you’re enjoying the quiet, convenient setup. If you ever have more questions or need assistance down the line, we’re here to help!

I am adding this to all of the other 5 star reviews I have done for Orlando - Precision Door because they ARE that good!! They are responsive, professional, experts in their field and honest! I had Evan as my tech this time. He could not have been more in-tuned with what had happened and what he needed to do to put our garage opener in working order. He immediately started working and replacing the unit without hesitation and with a great sense of pride and expertise! We had our cars back in the garage in the time it would have taken most companies to get a service tech out! We have multiple garages and every time one of our door units needs service we call PD and only PD. They have been our go-to for over 25yrs!!
Your continued support over the years truly means a lot to everyone at Precision Garage Door Service of Central Florida. It’s great to hear that each experience, including your most recent visit, has met your expectations and that our team could get you back up and running so quickly. Thank you for your loyalty and for sharing such detailed feedback—your trust in us over the past 25 years is greatly appreciated.

Anthony was great. He did a very professional job. Little touches showed how much he took pride in his work like wrapping wires and making sure they were out of the way. He was very helpful in setting up my Wi-Fi interface connection. I can’t say enough about Anthony’s professionalism. I have used Overhead in the past and the service was great, but Anthony’s was over the top.

Our garage door spring broke (with our card inside)! Technician came promptly, was very polite, accommodating, and easy going as he worked steadily and quickly to get the spring replaced and door working smoothly. He even reprogrammed our garage door opener that needed replacing so we can continue to easily get our cars in and out of garage. A real life saver! Great company and technician!

Chris Schukay and his assistance, Colin and Evan did a wonderful job installing my Wall Mount Wi-Fi Garage Door Opener. I was so impressed with their proficient installation that I’m working with their Garage Door Designer, Lloyd Tanner in replacing the entire garage door with an upgrade for better energy efficiency and performance. Great Job! I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service of Sanford.
