They were able to schedule my service within 24 hrs with no trip charge, and the tech repaired everything in that one call. He showed me all options and let me select without pressure. He also found a sticker on my door where the company had done a previous service so I now have history reports in their computer. While I would like to have spent less, it was recommended to change the old opener for a newer, more reliable one. I love it!
