He showed up on time, explained exactly what was going on, and got everything fixed quickly without trying to upsell or overcomplicate anything. You can really tell when someone takes pride in their work—and that was definitely the case here. My garage door is working perfectly now, and I feel confident in the quality of the repair. Our garage door technician, Juan Ortiz, arrived on time. He was polite, very knowledgeable and professional. He was friendly and approachable. Juan explained everything that we required for the tune up to be completed and also explained how everything work. We’d appreciate, when the next tune up is due, that Juan be the assigned technician. Overall a professional and agreeable experience. He gets a 10 out of 10.

He notified me when he was on his way, was on time, courteous, professional explained all options, explained new system when job was completed and answered all questions thoroughly. Precision Garage Door Service was recommended by a family member, so I did not get any other estimates, therefore cannot comment on the price of these services.

Our garage door went out of alignment. We called Precision on Saturday evening and they sent someone on Sunday. Even though we were last on the list our tech, Anthony, showed up at 9 PM and wouldn’t leave until the problem was completely fixed which was almost 11 PM. Anthony was excellent in every way! He was professional, friendly, courteous, and asked all the right questions. He didn’t try to sell us a new door, but gave us an honest recommendation for what needed to be fixed and what we should do to prevent the problem from happening again. I highly recommend Anthony and would like to thank him for his excellent service.

I called Precision because the spring in the garage broke. They came same day, without charging an emergency fee, and were were surprisingly punctual. The inspection took about 15 minutes, the fix took about an hour. The inspection found a few more issues, so I went ahead and got a few extras fixed. Overall, they went above and beyond. They even fixed some issues that were pre existing at no charge, greased the joints, and now the garage opens as quiet as I've ever heard one.

One of our springs broke leaving our car trapped in the garage. I called around 10 am today and they were friendly, courteous and helpful and they got me in immediately. Sopheak arrived around 2:30 and has to be one of the nicest technicians I've ever met. He had the springs replaced and did a tune up on the garage door in about an hour. He was extremely knowledgeable about the door and the opener system. Now that it's fixed it works better than it has for quite some time! I would highly recommend Precision and especially Sopheak, you won't be disappointed. Also on a personal note, I want to congratulate Sopheak for recently becoming an American citizen.

Tyler Wakefield with Precision Garage Door Service did an outstanding job on my garage door repair. What stood out most was his honesty, professionalism, and how personable he was throughout the visit. We had great, friendly conversation, and he took the time to explain everything clearly, which made the whole experience easy and comfortable. I originally needed standard springs replaced, but since they weren’t available, Tyler upgraded me to powder-coated high-cycle springs at the same price. He also replaced a plastic spacer with a proper center bearing, which significantly improved the overall system. On top of that, he identified that my builder had left out multiple #1 hinges—something that could have caused long-term issues. Instead of upselling, he gave me straightforward advice and suggested I could purchase them myself to save money. He also adjusted the chain on my opener and, rather than pushing a replacement, told me it was “old but a tank” and to keep it. That kind of honesty is rare. The door is now smoother, quieter, and clearly operating better than before. Tyler went above and beyond, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing garage door service. If you can request a technician, ask for Tyler—you’ll be glad you did.

Stay far away from Precision Garage Door Service. They charged my mother an outrageous amount for a garage door opener and some basic hardware work—no new door, nothing major—yet the price was outrageously inflated. There is no justification for a bill that high for the work that was done. It feels like they completely took advantage of her and overcharged to a level that is beyond reasonable. This kind of pricing is unacceptable, especially when dealing with someone who trusted them to be honest. We are now disputing the charge and documenting everything. Do yourself a favor—get multiple quotes and don’t let this company pressure you into anything. This was a very frustrating and disappointing experience.

I contacted Precision to do a service on my garage door. Chris arrived contacted me before he arrived. He was on time and very polite. Chris started by inspecting the door and opener and asked if I had concerns. He reviewed his finds with me. No push for up selling but did let me know of potential issues. Chris got to work quickly. When he was done he reviewed eith me all that was completed. Chris did a fablous job. I can see and hear the difference in the door. I highly recommend Precision Garage Doors.
