Started out as a 2nd estimate for a new garage door.Our sales rep.Lloyd was great! Gave us so much more info than the first and we knew before he was finished we would go with Precision.I don't have the two install techs names that did the installation, but they were Top notch, professional, friendly, respectful of our property and did an excellent job. Highly recommend this Company!!

I wish every service company/person I called was as courteous, prompt and knowledgeable as Carlos Jordon. I presented him with a garage door that wouldn't go up and in a relatively short period of time, he had changed out the 'spring', and it was fixed! Pricing was fair, Carlos was great and thank you Precision Garage Doors! EDIT: I just saw that this was listed as in Sanford. Nope, Carlos came to Clermont. :)

My springs broke on my garage door around 4 pm and Precision Door sent Carlos out to assess and on the same night fix it with new shaft, bearings and springs. THAT is AWESOME service!! I have dealt with them for many years and will continue to!

Evan Tucker came out and was very polite and professional.. He explained everything step by step and I didn’t feel pressure at all .. he took his time with us because we weren’t sure if we were going to have them do the work , we really just needed a quote but we had he do the work and in a short amount of time it was done . Very satisfied with the work and the time it took .

Called in morning because my door has been having issues and was stuck up. The tech showed up on time the same day, looked at the door and opener. He then gave me a list of items he saw as potential issues. The old chain opener had a bent sprocket in the motor. I chose to have the opener and springs replaced as they are 20 years old and my door was replaced 5 years ago. I didn’t replace any rollers as they were new then. Install was done in 2 hours and the material was on the truck, so no revisit! I was happy for the quick response and not having to have to wait for a new opener.
