The technician arrived on time (actually early.) Throughout the process he was professional, courteous and friendly. The estimate was concise and easy to understand. The work performed was done efficiently and with a level of pride that is sorely lacking these days. When I need garage door work done, I will be calling Precision.

Lynn Hatchett

I called several companies and this was the only one who answered the phone. They were able to schedule my service within 24 hrs with no trip charge, and the tech repaired everything in that one call. He showed me all options and let me select without pressure. He also found a sticker on my door where the company had done a previous service so I now have history reports in their computer. While I would like to have spent less, it was recommended to change the old opener for a newer, more reliable one. I love it!

John Rehill
