We had the pleasure of having Ian C and Donnel O install our garage door and they were excellent! Punctual, they arrived exactly when they told us. Respectful, they kept the noise at a minimum when we told them we had a sick child in bed. Fast but also thorough. They had to install the frame around a workbench I had set up close to the garage door track and were able to get it done with no problem and were done in short order. I highly recommend precision door service and recommend that you ask for Ian C and a Donnel O to install it for you!

Precision was recommended by a friend. They were able to come the day before Thanksgiving! Estimate given before they started and full explanation of what needed to be done. Within 3 hours everything was fixed. Great staff .

Bernard came out to repair our garage door and install all new springs etc etc. it runs quietly and beautifully now, Bernard is a super guy! He was friendly, polite, and very knowledgeable. 5 Star rating for Precision Door Service! I was placed on the schedule for the very next day first in the morning. Blake showed up right on time, explained all my options in clear terms and agreed to provide me a military discount. A short time later, Jacob showed up, completed the installation (springs, rollers, opener) and assisted my tenant with his myQ app. My tenant said the garage door was "Crazy Quiet!" I am very pleased with Precision Door Service from start to finish

Called them on Monday PM. Opener was installed less than 24 hours later. Technician was friendly, professional and extremely competent. Explained the problem with the old door opener and the need for a new system. Installer came within an hour after technician left. He was also friendly, professional and extremely competent. Made sure everything was working, and explained to me exactly what he had done. Made sure I understood the new system and answered all my questions.

Doors and equipment arrived sooner than anticipated. Austin and Jason did a great job. Friendly and professional. Two doors and openers, some wood work that was needed. Was an all day job and they worked very hard to get it done correctly. Went over all functions, relates, app etc. and assisted in set up. Very satisfied!! Highly recommend.
