Highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service of Central Florida. Felix did an overall check of my garage door and explained thoroughly his findings. He put together several quotes and walked me through each one where I could determine the extent of the repair. Felix did not pressure and made all the repairs the same day, including a new opener. My door can be easily lifted in case of an emergency now and it goes up and down so quietly. What an improvement. Highly recommend asking for Felix to repair your door. He was very good.

I had a sudden garage door mechanism failure. Javier came the next morning and inspected all parts of my garage door. He was professional, intelligent, low-key, and no pressure was ever put on me. He told me what had to be done in order for my garage door to function at all and what should be done to help it run more smoothly and last longer. He gave me options and had all the parts he needed to complete the job to my specifications. He did a perfect job and my garage door now goes up and down so smoothly and quietly that it seems like a new door. It is quite refreshing to have a job done right the first time. I had used this company probably about a decade ago, so that is why I called them this time. I have complete confidence in Precision Garage Door Service. I had some big trouble with my garage door and a friend recommended Precision. First, they gave me an appointment less than 24 hours from my call. Time window 10-2, Anthony showed up at 10:15. He did a thorough inspection, walked me through every detail, every option. He presented the things that were necessary to make the door even work, discussed the things that would make it work better and have a longer life, and things that could be put off for a good while without compromising the 'health' of the mechanisms. He was very knowledgeable and personable. You can tell that he likes his job and seems very trustworthy. I have no experience with garage door repairs as a homeowner, only as a renter. So I'm not sure how reasonable the price is, but I suspect it's about average. He had everything needed to get the job done and worked fast and left everything cleaned up! I'm happy :)

Started out as a 2nd estimate for a new garage door.Our sales rep.Lloyd was great! Gave us so much more info than the first and we knew before he was finished we would go with Precision.I don't have the two install techs names that did the installation, but they were Top notch, professional, friendly, respectful of our property and did an excellent job. Highly recommend this Company!!
