I had a complete overhaul done to my garage door, everything was replaced except for the panels. I am very satisfied with the equipment I have right now and the technicians that came to my house to do the work were very professional, knowledgeable and worked quickly and efficiently. Everyone I spoke to, or had interaction with, at Precision was courteous, helpful and answered my questions to my satisfaction. I would use their services again and would definitely recommend this company.

I was having problems with my garage door opener and I had seen TV advertisements about Precision Overhead Garage Door in the past. I called and asked them to come and give me a quote on what my garage door needed in order for it to be in good operating condition. Cameron came out and gave me three choices of what type of garage door openers I would need and all of the necessary parts I would require. Turns out my garage door was very old and so were the parts. Twenty-five years old to be exact. The quote ranged from Good to Better to Best and the dollar prices involved. I conferred with my brother and landed up choosing the Best quote for my particular requirement. Jason came out to do the work and he did a great job. Jason was very neat and had the job done in a matter of hours. I was impressed with both Cameron and Jason. I would highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door.

What a great experience! (And I am very critical of customer service). Day after Christmas and my spring snapped, I called three garage door companies and Precision replied right away. Blake showed up at my house to give me a quote about an hour and a half from initial contact. Bernard the technician called to tell me he’d be here in 20 minutes, showed up on time, explained what he was going to do and knocked it out like a pro. All this took place before their competition had even replied to my initial request for a quote. Great business experience, I’ll definitely recommend them to all my circle.

He ensured all remotes, including the remote built-into our car console were properly programmed. The LiftMaster opener is extremely smooth and quite and exceeds my expectations.

We had the pleasure of having Ian C and Donnel O install our garage door and they were excellent! Punctual, they arrived exactly when they told us. Respectful, they kept the noise at a minimum when we told them we had a sick child in bed. Fast but also thorough. They had to install the frame around a workbench I had set up close to the garage door track and were able to get it done with no problem and were done in short order. I highly recommend precision door service and recommend that you ask for Ian C and a Donnel O to install it for you!
