Bernard came out to repair our garage door and install all new springs etc etc. it runs quietly and beautifully now, Bernard is a super guy! He was friendly, polite, and very knowledgeable. He took time to answer all my questions ???? So far I’ve had two technicians come out and they have both been stars !! Would recommend this company to anyone!!

Blake showed up right on time, explained all my options in clear terms and agreed to provide me a military discount. A short time later, Jacob showed up, completed the installation (springs, rollers, opener) and assisted my tenant with his myQ app. My tenant said the garage door was "Crazy Quiet!" I am very pleased with Precision Door Service from start to finish

Called them on Monday PM. Opener was installed less than 24 hours later. Technician was friendly, professional and extremely competent. Explained the problem with the old door opener and the need for a new system. Installer came within an hour after technician left. He was also friendly, professional and extremely competent. Made sure everything was working, and explained to me exactly what he had done. Made sure I understood the new system and answered all my questions.

I spoke to three different companies, but I chose Precision Door Service, because I was impressed with the professionalism of your team members. The estimator who came to my house was knowledgeable, courteous and wasn't pushy or hard-sell. He answered my questions and made sure I understood completely all aspects of my door replacement. Doors and equipment arrived sooner than anticipated. Austin and Jason did a great job. Friendly and professional. Two doors and openers, some wood work that was needed. Was an all day job and they worked very hard to get it done correctly. Went over all functions, relates, app etc. and assisted in set up. Very satisfied!! Highly recommend.

I had contacted about a dozen different garage door companies to modify the tracks on my existing wide doors. They all sounded good but never came through. All I can say is WOW!! I went on line to see if I could book an appointment to get the garage door opener checked out and they could come the same day. Received a call that Tyler was on his way and he was right on time. He was very professional and helped us to figure out what we should do. We said we would like to get the opener installed as soon as possible. He called and said it could be done this afternoon. Matthew called shortly and said he was on his way. In a short amount of time the opener was replaced and the new opener works perfectly. What a great company and employees.

This will be my third time using precision and about 18 years. I really appreciate the confirmation emails and text messages and letting me know who the tech will be as well as his photo and bio. When the tech arrives he listens he takes pictures before and after and is very thorough. Because of these reasons is why I keep calling them whenever I need work done on my garage door.
