He explained everything step by step and I didn’t feel pressure at all .. he took his time with us because we weren’t sure if we were going to have them do the work , we really just needed a quote but we had he do the work and in a short amount of time it was done . Called in morning because my door has been having issues and was stuck up. The tech showed up on time the same day, looked at the door and opener. He then gave me a list of items he saw as potential issues. The old chain opener had a bent sprocket in the motor. I chose to have the opener and springs replaced as they are 20 years old and my door was replaced 5 years ago. I didn’t replace any rollers as they were new then. Install was done in 2 hours and the material was on the truck, so no revisit! I was happy for the quick response and not having to have to wait for a new opener.

My call to precision was for a service check, as I normally do every 2 years. The only concern was my remote opener so I agreed to replace because of the age and the unit I have had for 20years. The service tech was a little pushy on explaining that which I already knew but I agreed to replace my opener. I felt the cost was a bit much but he had another charge on his paper for an additional service cost at 180.00 and 170. for a replacement button. I have sense found the same unit for 50.00 and also I have a hard time getting a copy of my bill. I have used precision for a lot of years but with this service I am done. Please mail me my bill as shown to me with 3 service charges on it.
