All I can say is WOW!! I went on line to see if I could book an appointment to get the garage door opener checked out and they could come the same day. Received a call that Tyler was on his way and he was right on time. He was very professional and helped us to figure out what we should do. We said we would like to get the opener installed as soon as possible. He called and said it could be done this afternoon. Matthew called shortly and said he was on his way. In a short amount of time the opener was replaced and the new opener works perfectly. What a great company and employees.

Very prompt and friendly techs. Nick did the initial inspection/consultation. He was very clear and thorough in explaining the condition of my door motor and the door itself. Evan did the motor install and door refurbishment. He arrived right on time and went right to work. He had everything done in just over an hour, and helped us set up our phone apps. This will be my third time using precision and about 18 years. I really appreciate the confirmation emails and text messages and letting me know who the tech will be as well as his photo and bio. When the tech arrives he listens he takes pictures before and after and is very thorough. Because of these reasons is why I keep calling them whenever I need work done on my garage door.

I am always satisfied with the service and the service providers. I am concerned with the equipment. My problems started when I had to switch to the GENIE brand opener. The opener worked, but the KEYPAD had to be replaced, twice! 2 Universal Keypads were installed because they continued to fail without reason, or whenever we experience even the slightest power failure. Today, they installed a GENIE brand keypad, again; and I purchased 2 additional remotes, for my family members who will need access to my house in case of emergencies. Fingers crossed, that this resolves my problem(s)

We have been living in Windermere since 2009. During that time we have used dozens of suppliers...roofers, pest, landscapers, handymen to name a few but I must say that Precision stands out miles above the rest. Today Tyler Hartley and Matthew Hair evaluated, repaired and installed a new garage motor and springs. They were highly preofessional, knowledgeable and educated us on our costs options before installing and repairing the unit. I am sure that we will not be needing to call them again very soon but if we have any garage door needs in the future, its good to know they are available.

Friday the day after the Hurricane IAN, I went online to Precision Door to schedule a repair of my garage door. Online scheduling was easy and quick to fill out and had an opening for the following day with a window of 8A-12P. Nick texted and phoned 15 minutes till 8 to let me know his ETA. Nick was polite, professional, and provided a low hassle detailed quote. The quote was a very fair price for the overhaul & repair. Victor texted & phoned with his ETA (only 40 minutes later). Victor completed the repair in a few hours. I received before and after photos of my repair and a detailed invoice. Process from start to finish was efficient, professional, and excellent craftmanship. Excellent Service, hands down!!!!

The technician (Mason) that gave me cost and the technician (Greg) that did the repair were very knowledgeable and professional. The cable on my garage door broke, so I was unable to close my garage door. And it was a Saturday.... Not sure if I could help, I figured I'd call a "larger" company. Everyone was so nice!! From Jennifer who answered the phone and made the appointment. Rob who came out and assessed what needed to be done and Greg who did a fabulous job getting everything done right, showing me everything he did, how to work everything...so absolutely thorough. A tad more expensive than I would have liked, but very happy with the end result.

Thank you for a top notch experience. My garage door spring broke on Wednesday trapping my car inside. I scheduled the company that worked on it before to be at my house today at 1:00. At 9:00 this morning they called and told me they wouldn’t be at my house until Tuesday. I was very annoyed. Went on to your website and scheduled. Musch to my delight you had availability at 1:00 pm. Blake arrived early to assess the damage and give me a quote. Evan then arrived and completed the repair very quickly. Full disclosure with photos of all issues and before/after shots. Very highly recommend this company.

Our garage door stopped on a Sunday late afternoon so I went online and made an appointment with Precision Door Service. Monday morning they showed up and gave us an estimate. Within an hour they had all of the parts and 2 other men showed up and did the work. I have never had a garage door opener that is this quiet. Our opener was 17 years old and it was time to change it out. So I definitely would recommend them to anyone that needs their garage door fixed.

I chose Precision because they installed my door 12 yrs ago . I got great service then as I did this time . My door needed maintenance as it was not working as quietly as it once did. The first service person came and diagnosed the problem . He called it in and the repair person came in the afternoon and fixed my problem . They were both very professional and knowledgeable. I had contacted about a dozen different garage door companies to modify the tracks on my existing wide doors. They all sounded good but never came through. A friend sent me the contact info for Precision. They were extremely professional from the start. They did exactly what was asked, their guys were fantastic and cleaned up everything. I highly recommend!
