Great service and the technician was very knowledgeable and helpful. My garage door is soooo quite and smooth now and I am not sure it would have been if I did not go with the rebuild package, rather than just replacing the springs. The technician adjusted the opener as well so that it works perfectly.

Kurt was spot on time, very professional, and polite. Explained why the particular repairs were necessary and the cost involved. When the job was completed he explained the various information a homeowner needed to know. Could not have chosen a better tech. Now the cost of this quality service is high but top notch parts and service is just expensive, period.

Eric attempted to repair existing opener which was only about 3 years old, but was not able to due to electronic board. New unit installed with all moving parts replaced. $999.98. Hopefully Precision will stand by the warranty to avoid future expensive repair costs. Again the consumer must rely on the honesty and integrity of the service provider. Eric was courteous, explained everything in detail and I believe did a good job. He represents your company well.

Just had a whole new door and motor installed. The quality is very good. I love it. I had Billy P come out the same day I contacted Precision to get me started. The very next day Mike L was out to install my new door. Both were excellent. Definitely I give them 5 stars.

Called on Sunday and received polite service and estimate on the phone to replace a broken garage door spring. Was able to make my selection of appointment times for Monday and was provided with the name of Andrew, the assigned technician.
