We would definitely recommend Precision to anyone that needs garage door services! We were able to get a service appointment right away! Tom arrived and was very professional and courteous. He took the time to go over what repairs were needed and provided an estimate. He was ready to do the repairs right then and there and within a few hours, we had our garage door up and running like new! Thanks to Tom and Precision for a positive experience!

My door opener disengaged from the garage door. I made a call in late morning and was given an appointment for late the same afternoon. I received a call in early afternoon asking if I would like an earlier service call. Upon arriving the repair man introduced himself and explained that he would need a few minutes to assess the problem and perform an inspection. When he finished he provided me with a through explanation of the problem, the corrective measures he would take and some suggestions to improve operation. We discussed some options, agreed on the cost and the work was complete within a reasonable time frame. The door operates quieter and with less strain than it ever has. Pleasant, friendly, on-time and reasonably priced. Problem solved. It doesn't get any better than that.

Scott did an amazing job. Your customer service team is excellent. I emailed late on Thanksgiving night my request for service. Your team called my house within 30 minutes and set up an appointment for the following morning. Scott came out and was great. I had purchased the lifetime warranty package with Precision before, and your team delivered. I highly recommend anyone getting a repair to purchase the lifetime warranty package since your team stands behind your product. Rarely do I write reviews - but am happy to share great information on great companies. Thanks for the great service!

Technician, "Billy", inspected all aspects of the garage door. He activated the remotes for the garage and for the car. Very knowledgeable and friendly. My husband and I had a crazy awful garage door prior to the work of precision! This door literally had a mind of it's own. Whenever we would close it, it would pop back open numerous times. In addition, the door was very loud and difficult to manually open. This company came out upon receiving our call and fixed our door! Great service and a working door!
