I called Precision at 1 PM and they had a repairman at my house only 3 hours later. He was friendly and knew what to do. Didn't give me the hard sell, but advised me to get an overhaul with a lifetime guarantee. He finished up in a couple hours, lubed the it all up, and showed me how to maintain the door lubrication. It was good to get this resolved quickly and not have to worry about another broken torsion spring, ever.

Based on that alone, there is no way I could recommend, your otherwise FANTASTIC service, to anybody I know with a straight face. That’s just me being honest, because that’s who I am.

We would definitely recommend Precision to anyone that needs garage door services! We were able to get a service appointment right away! Tom arrived and was very professional and courteous. He took the time to go over what repairs were needed and provided an estimate. My door opener disengaged from the garage door. I made a call in late morning and was given an appointment for late the same afternoon. I received a call in early afternoon asking if I would like an earlier service call. Upon arriving the repair man introduced himself and explained that he would need a few minutes to assess the problem and perform an inspection. When he finished he provided me with a through explanation of the problem, the corrective measures he would take and some suggestions to improve operation. We discussed some options, agreed on the cost and the work was complete within a reasonable time frame. The door operates quieter and with less strain than it ever has. Pleasant, friendly, on-time and reasonably priced. Problem solved. It doesn't get any better than that.

Technician, "Billy", inspected all aspects of the garage door. He activated the remotes for the garage and for the car. Very knowledgeable and friendly.
