Great Service! The 2 technicians ( Andrew and his assistant ) that came to my house were very professional and walked me through each step as they repaired my garage door. The door needed springs and they went out of their way to make sure they used the right springs for my door. They tuned it up and made some other minor repairs. Now it works fantastic. I would recommend Precision to everyone in need of garage door repairs or replacement.

Both Dylan and Willam were professional and courteous. They examined the issues and Dylan presented options before efficiently and effectively solving our problem. Our older, heavy door now operates quieter and with less labor on the motor unit. I found PGD on Angie's List after the service company we used previously could not provide immediate help when my car was trapped in the garage due to a broken door cable. We were pleased with every phase of the operation. Our choices and the prices associated with them were clearly explained by Scott, the technician who first spoke to us. The installers got the job done and then explained the features of the new door, including what we could do to maintain it. One issue that Scott mentioned were the 'buck boards" that anchor the door to the garage wall, suggesting I confer with the installers as to whether they needed to be replaced. James and Will, the installers, agreed new boards were needed to be certain the work passed inspection and I authorized them to proceed. When the inspector walked into the garage, the first words out of his mouth were "OK, the boards look good."
