Had an issue with our door and used the "Chat Now" to explain our situation and scheduled an appointment that turned out to be later that afternoon... Within 15 minutes, Dylan (Tech) called and said he had a cancellation and asked if he could come now. He came shortly thereafter, identified the issue, fixed it and re-lubed up everything. So, within an hour of my text conversation, my door was fixed... WOW! Great prompt customer service, not only with the "Chat Now" person but with Dylan. Took me longer to get a pizza delivered last weekend than it did to schedule and fix my garage door....Totally impressed and grateful!

Garage door would not open Friday evening as we were leaving for an evening out......could not open manually, either. Called our original installer from several years ago, but closed for weekend. Looked online....saw several excellent customer reviews for Precision.....called you folks, provided information to a very nice lady, and was told a technician would be here within 3 hours........in actuality, tech. was here in less than an hour....problem quickly diagnosed, parts replaced, and we were back in service in about 90 minutes. Kevin, our technician, was excellent! Certainly would recommend you folks to others!

tdech was great that installed door opener. within a day or 2 opener failed. things happen beyond people's control. called to talk to a supervisor, told I would be contacted within a few hours. no call back so I called back again. phone person was not helpful at all, in fact I thought was rude. Long story short, no sup ever called me back, phone rep was rude to my wife when she called to try to get opener fixed. new tech came out and was excellent just like the 1st tech. Door opener was replaced and all is well. bottom line is your phone service people suck. your techs are really good. would not recommend your company due to your phone reps.

Our garage door stopped operating on a Sunday which prompted a call to the president of our Homeowner's Association the telephone number of the company that recently installed new garage doors in our neighborhood. I called late afternoon on SUNDAY and by mid-morning the next day, Andrew came to solve the problem which was really just to get a new lower panel for the door and a little work on the door frame. My husband and I also decided to get a new motor, key pad and remote controls while he was doing work on the door and within 24 hours everything was completed perfectly. Andrew took his time to explain the operation and warranties to us and was just so kind and professional! It's all about customer service these days and I can't recommend Precision enough. I have already let the President of our Association know that I highly recommend Precision if anyone in our neighborhood has a problem. Your company is lucky to have such a competent employee.

We had been having issues with our opener and then one of the springs broke so we were due for repairs. I called on Sunday night to have someone come out the next day and true to their advertisements, I spoke to a live person to make the appointment and get all my questions answered. The next day, the service person arrived, was very professional and helped me to finalize my decisions on what needed to be replaced. I was very pleased with everything: the work done, the new opener (super quiet), and the lifetime warranty.

I had a lifetime warranty on my opener from 2004. When it broke I referred to my original receipt for service. Jonathan Gonzalez was very very friendly and professional and most importantly, he called when he was on his way. He did a fine job and I will surely use Precision in the future.

The technician (Jesse) arrived during the time frame set up for the appointment. He performed a trouble shooting review of our situation and discussed the findings. He explained different options that were available to remedy the cause of the problem. After a choice was made he expertly performed each function that was necessary to complete the service call. Jesse was a professional and courteous representative of the company. He cleaned his work area to our satisfaction and left with a handshake and a pleasant "Thank You" adding to call if we had any problems or additional questions.
