The call was to correct an install problem from a door you put in 3 years ago. I called late on Friday afternoon and you had a service tech at my house the next morning at 8:00 AM. I am, indeed, impressed with such fast customer service. Problem was corrected promptly and the technician, Dylan was courteous and knowledgeable. It is a pleasure doing business with your company and nice to know you stand by your work even 3 years later.

Your company has been great from day one when the salesman came out to give a quote, and the installation technician was very proffesional. This was a return call just to adjust and lubricate the Precision system four years after installation. The original installation was so impressive - prompt, efficient, professional and reasonable that I would not have considered another company. My service tech, Luis, was great. I asked about my original tech, Ryan. "Was he still with the comany." I was told he is now a manager. Good people staying witha good company.

Purchased the deal on Angies list and within minutes Precision called and scheduled an appointment. The technician Van Babcock was on time and serviced my old, creaking garage door, replacing the parts included in the service and quoted a fair price on other needed parts. My garage was so bad I thought I needed a whole new door, but it is like new now and I saved a lot of money. I will definately recommend Precision to all my friends and neighbors.

Here I was at 9:30 at night with a garage door that broke most of the rollers and some hinges. Half hanging and ready to fall at any moment.I actually called these people to set up an appointment for first thing in the morning and could not believe it when they said they would be at my house within 2 hours. I got the door fixed and the bill was very fair. These people are the best.

I am totally satisfied with the service I received. I had scheduled several appiontments for estimates to replace broken spring and for replacing doors at two locations. Percision was the second company to come out. After talking with my technician Ryan Summers I decided to have Percision replace my springs. Mr. Summers appeared to be very knownledgable with their products and with repair procedures. He took the time to explain what needed to be done to repair my door, what were my options and warranty coverage. Mr. Summers was very courteous and professional. I will not be able to replace doors at this time but when I do decide to replace them Precision Door Service will be my choice. Keep up the good work!

Mr. May was on time, clean cut, shaven and in a company shirt. After his assessment he presented us several options to repair the door and ensure continued good service. No high pressure sales. He finished quickly, cleaned up and removed all old and or broken parts. He was friendly and informative during the entire process. I would highly recommend this company to family and friends.
