Responded Sunday afternoon when called about my garage door not working. They couldn't come out until the next day and asked if 8am-1200 would be ok. I agreed with 8-12 time slot. About 1040 I called the company since I hadn't heard from them and they said tech would be out soon. 11 am a tech came out and I showed him the problem. He assessed the situation and gave me options to fix it and the prices. I told him to just fix the broken springs . He assured me the tech should be arriving soon and would be the one to fix the problem. Once the tech arrived I was able to move my car out of the way and he replaced the springs .

Called in the AM, was told someone would be here between 12:00 and 3:00, at 12:30 I was Told what was wrong and an estimate was given to me. Sam was here within an hour, put in the new motor, fixed the springs, all was good. Thank you Precision excellent service.

We really enjoy your customer service. It was a pleasant experience through the whole service given. We, called for a tune up for our garage door. They came days after calling. The technicians that came were very knowledgeable and polite during the service. We, have had service years ago replacing our garage door.
