I bought my garage door and opener a few years ago from Precision Door. Recently a power surge damaged my opener and I contacted Precision. Within a few days a technician came over to access my problem. I had to buy a new opener. I had to wait for the new opener to come in. Precision called me to schedule a time for someone to come over and install the new opener and belt. Cooper came over. He installed everything and programmed my remotes in a timely fashion. I’m very pleased with Precision Door Service. Their staff and technicians are very friendly and professional. I highly recommend Precision Door Services.

This will be my third time using precision and about 18 years. I really appreciate the confirmation emails and text messages and letting me know who the tech will be as well as his photo and bio. When the tech arrives he listens he takes pictures before and after and is very thorough. Because of these reasons is why I keep calling them whenever I need work done on my garage door.

Ian & Matt did a fantastic job on the install as well as walking us through all the features of the new doors. They were both very professional and took the time to help us setup the exterior keypad and mobile app. They've only been installed for about an hour at the time of this writing, but, very happy with the new doors and the way they operate and look!!

Austin Brubaker and Ian Carr installed my new garage door. They were prompt, courteous, professional and did a wonderful job installing my new door. They had the old one removed in no time and the new one was installed quickly. They cleaned up all debris and removed from property. They took the time to explain what was installed and how to use and program the outside key pad, interior wall pad and remotes. Both were friendly and easy to talk to. I am most impressed with the quality of the door, the quietness of the door when it opens and closes and the safety sensors. I love how the new door makes my house look. I highly recommend Precision and Austin and Ian as installers.

Alex Wheeler was very professional from first phone call, very helpful in his assessment. He also recommended the needed replacement of the Nylon Roller on track. The second technician (I can remember his name) showed up on time and did an excellent and prompt service on the garage door spring and replacement of the Nylon Roller on track. He was very professional and the repair was done very quickly. They both did a great job from beginning to finishing installation. A 5 Star rating isn't high enough...can we do a 10? From start to finish we were impressed with the customer service we received from this company. Within 2 hours of calling with our problem a representative was here. There was no pressure to buy anything, just concrete options on how our problem could be fixed. Every person we dealt with was professional, kind, and knowledgeable. We will definitely recommend this awesome company and will use them again when we decide on a new garage door opener.

Precision installed a new opener for us about 1 1/2 years ago and we were very pleased, we have now moved into a new home and called Precision to replace 2 more openers. The tech came out and wasn't able to help repair my door due to the company not working with the manufacturer of my door. Only choice would be a whole new door which wasn't necessary or in my budget. I wasn't charged for the visit since they couldn't help me. Honest company I would recommend.

My door would not open and it was also about 16 years old to boot - we call the night before and received a phone call back in the early AM - the rep came out and gave us a very fair price in replacing except the door itself. We agreed on this and his tech was out here in less than 2 hours to do the repairs and replacements - EXCELLENT COMPANY WORK WITH. Upfront pricing, quick service, knowledgeable employees and easy to understand the process involved. A 5-star review for sure!!

My garage door was in this home in 2007 and had never a problem so it needed help desperately, and I had no idea how much it needed. It is working like a dream because of the two gentlemen from your company knew exactly what it needed. It now doesn't make any noise and I can hardly hear it at all. They were so helpful and able to explain what I needed and why, what a difference this has made in the lack of noise that it had previously made, and what delightful, positive young gentlemen they were. They were very patient and explained what they would do and why they did it, they were very patient in telling all the facts that I needed. Best money I have ever paid for household to have an upgrade, and had no idea beforehand that I needed it.
