I called Precision Garage Door to fix my garage door at my place of business. To make a very long story short, when I got my quote, it was way too much, so I wanted to get bids from other companies. When I told the tech that, he stated, Let me call my supervisor and asked me what it would take to make me happy so they could do the job. Right there, I stopped work, thanked him for coming, and that was it. How about you give customers the best and final price you can, and that's how you earn trust. Bargaining back and forth is a waste of my time. The technician was extremely nice, but when it comes to business practices, if you give somebody their final price and it's fair and the lowest the company can go, then that is how trust is built. Also, some of the fixes the technician said I needed turned out to be bogus. I needed another company to come out, and one that has successfully fixed the problem. Also, that is deceptive to try to upsell.

Encountered a sudden failure of one garage door tension cable. Garage door (16') became racked and three rollers were off the track. I can assess and repair about anything, but this was over my head (pun intended). Called Precision Garage Door with their local Palm Coast FL #. Megan took all the info and scheduled a technician for the early evening. Received a call from Julie who had a technician available sooner. Received a call from Victor H that he would arrive in 20 minutes - and DID! Victor and I discussed the issue and the best method of correction. Since the system (except the opener and lift rail) were 20 years old and the door and roller tracks were fine I decided, to have all of the original springs, bushings, cables and rollers replaced. Victor had the whole job completed in 2 hours, exactly as he said it would be. Victor was professional, well versed in the operation and friendly, too boot. I would recommend Precision - and Victor for your Garage Door needs.

We had an excellent experience with our garage door installation. Sam and Dean were both exceptionally friendly and professional. Their expertise was evident throughout the process, and given the age of our home and the extensive DIY work previously done in the garage, they took the time to ask thoughtful questions to ensure the installation aligned with our expectations. They even assisted us in choosing the color for the plastic trim, helping us navigate the decision since the new door color differed from our future plans for painting the house. While we opted to hire a different contractor to install the garage door opener due to a significantly lower cost, we were very pleased with the quality and care Sam and Dean brought to the installation itself.

When I called Precision, I expected that I might have to replace the entire garage door and all the parts. However, Roland did an excellent job carefully analyzing all the components, and assessing the wear on the door. I appreciated his analysis of various concerns of the wear on the different parts of the door mechanisms. I also appreciated that he offered me a break down of cost to service each aspect, and options of service to meet my budgetary needs. I did not feel pressured to purchase any particular service package. He also told me that the door itself was a good door and didn't need to be replaced. Additionally, he told me the garage door opener was still functioning fine and didn't need any attention. I felt that he clearly outlined the various service options and let me ponder over it and choose my preferences. In the final analysis, I had him replace almost all the moving parts of the system: spring, cable, drum, hinges, rollers, and install struts. The door is functioning great, and it is much quieter than it was, and it sounds much more stable than it previously did.

This was a wonderful experience for me. My rusty beachfront garage door had had it. The estimator showed up on time to give me a rather good estimate for replacing the door. The installation had a four-hour window and the installer Justin, was really nice and knew exactly what he was doing. I tell you if you need any work on a garage door, call them.

Great door at a reasonable price. The installer, Jason Duke, was relatively young, but extremely skilled and professional: on time, no wasted motion, all the tools needed were at hand and easy to access. He tore down the old nearly 50 year old door and installed a new modern code-compliant door by himself in about 4 hours. Great work!

The communication process throughout my dealing with this company was excellent. My garage door is 30yrs old and needed a lot of upgrading. I had 2 different service technicians; Carlos & JC. Both of these techs were professional & personable. An initial repair was done by Carlos. I then discovered another problem and setup another appt. JC was my technician for this second visit.
