I called Precision as soon as I realized my garage door opener was completely broken. It was July 4th holiday- they answered the phone at 7:30 am and had a technician out at 9:00 am. I needed a new system and they offered me the same day appointment for an installation. The install technician came at 11:00 am and worked in the hot garage for 4 hours. He was polite and patient when explaining the system. I am so impressed with the quality of work and the excellent capability of the technicians. I would highly recommend this company.

Highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service! Very professional customer service and outstanding technicians. Great communication via phone, text, email, and in-person. On the day of the installation, Donnell and Jason were prompt, courteous, and did excellent work replacing a 30-year-old garage door and opener.

I had a complete Hardware Overhaul along with a new 87504 Lift Opener installed. My thoughts: Pro's: Amazing customer service at every level from Viktor the Estimator to Jimmy the Installer. Knowledgeable, fast response times with questions and options, I had an appointment within 24 hours of accepting a quote, patient and very polite. My garage upon completion can hardly be heard when opening or closing, excellent motion LED lights and Camera system. Top quality hardware all around. Con's: Zero. Job well done Precision! Awesome service from start to finish!!!! Quick & responsive and very professional! I replaced my aging garage door with a hurricane rated door as well as replaced an old noisy garage door opener with a new belt drive motor. My experience was fantastic with all employees which I had the pleasure to interact with. They were all professional, customer focused, extremely knowledgeable, and very helpful. Tyler H. was the first Technician that came out the next morning after I called the office and provided me with several options and recommendations. He applied no sales pressure & actually listened to me wants and needs. Did an excellent job The garage door was ordered from the manufacturer in Ohio & Stephanie S. me posted on the order & shipment status. Ian C. & Sam P. did the actual installation of the new garage door and opener paying meticulous attention to details, answered my questions, explained all features & even programmed my vehicles' Home Link system, which was most appreciated. Very pleased with their work and customer focus.

My house is for sale, and the day before a showing the garage door broke. I called Precision and they came that afternoon and were ready to do the repairs. the Tech, Jimmy, was courteous, knowledgeable, and showed me what he was going to do. He didn't talk down to me, but he explained it in terms that I could understand, for which I am grateful. Very nice young man. I am very pleased with the work.

I have been a customer of Precision Door Service since 2017. I have always received excellent service every time. I recently need repair service on my garage door. I contacted the company and they sent two of their employees to my home Tyler Hartley and Greg Franklin. These two gentlemen provided superior customer service. Surprisingly, I realized I used Precision to replace a garage over 20 years ago in a different house in a different city when I went to pay them. I didn’t remember this when I saw a neighbor have this great company fix their garage and chose them to fix ours. I was so pleased and happy then as I am today. The people they hire to give estimates are courteous, precise, professional and knowledgeable They even fixed the garage the same day within hours. The prices were fair and honest, albeit a little higher. But the quality of materials and work was outstanding. Precision is a company of choice.

I can't remember the gentleman's name who came out first to give us the estimate, but he was very knowledgeable and told us exactly what was wrong with the garage door system. He didn't try to upsell us but gave us options on what we could do to get our garage door in good working order. We were thrilled at the price that was quoted to us, and he was able to have the technician, Greg Franklin, start the job within the hour, the same day. Greg was friendly, got the job done quickly, and did a few extra things to ensure the garage door was fixed perfectly. I can't say enough great things about this company. We have been taken advantage of by another company that did the completely wrong thing, so it was refreshing to have a company not give us the run-around.

I was having problems with my garage door opener and I had seen TV advertisements about Precision Overhead Garage Door in the past. I called and asked them to come and give me a quote on what my garage door needed in order for it to be in good operating condition. Cameron came out and gave me three choices of what type of garage door openers I would need and all of the necessary parts I would require. Turns out my garage door was very old and so were the parts. Twenty-five years old to be exact. The quote ranged from Good to Better to Best and the dollar prices involved. I conferred with my brother and landed up choosing the Best quote for my particular requirement. Jason came out to do the work and he did a great job. Jason was very neat and had the job done in a matter of hours. I was impressed with both Cameron and Jason. I would highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door.

I chose Precision because they installed my door 12 yrs ago . I got great service then as I did this time . My door needed maintenance as it was not working as quietly as it once did. The first service person came and diagnosed the problem . He called it in and the repair person came in the afternoon and fixed my problem . They were both very professional and knowledgeable. I call Precision to service my garage door as they were local to my area of Orlando. They were quick to send someone first to determine the cause of my problem and then to give me options for repairs needed and then once I agreed to the service they recommended they had an installer on his way to my home to make the repairs right away. Both the technician and the installer were very nice, and explained everything. Would highly recommend anyone needing help with there garage door or opener to call Precision for their work.
