Highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service of Central Florida. Felix did an overall check of my garage door and explained thoroughly his findings. He put together several quotes and walked me through each one where I could determine the extent of the repair. Felix did not pressure and made all the repairs the same day, including a new opener. My door can be easily lifted in case of an emergency now and it goes up and down so quietly. What an improvement. Highly recommend asking for Felix to repair your door. He was very good.

My call to precision was for a service check, as I normally do every 2 years. The only concern was my remote opener so I agreed to replace because of the age and the unit I have had for 20years. The service tech was a little pushy on explaining that which I already knew but I agreed to replace my opener. I felt the cost was a bit much but he had another charge on his paper for an additional service cost at 180.00 and 170. for a replacement button. I have sense found the same unit for 50.00 and also I have a hard time getting a copy of my bill. I have used precision for a lot of years but with this service I am done. Please mail me my bill as shown to me with 3 service charges on it.

I had a horrible experience with this company, their technician came out and said the spring was worn out, I asked how much to replace it ? He told me $2100. Then he said he can give me a discount of $300 for healthcare workers. I payed $1800.it didn’t sit well with me I called D&D Garage and Armstrong and they told $690 and $710. I called back the company and ask why was I charged $1800 and other companies are charging over $1000 less. The person who said he’s a manager responded that every company is different. I told him I will be posting the receipts on every social media platform what they did with the price and will be going to Better Business Bureau. He quickly asked me how much do I want to pay? I told him to charge me the correct amount he knows I should pay. Ended up paying $750. They credited me the difference. Very dishonest.
