Our garage door went out of alignment. We called Precision on Saturday evening and they sent someone on Sunday. Even though we were last on the list our tech, Anthony, showed up at 9 PM and wouldn’t leave until the problem was completely fixed which was almost 11 PM. Anthony was excellent in every way! He was professional, friendly, courteous, and asked all the right questions. He didn’t try to sell us a new door, but gave us an honest recommendation for what needed to be fixed and what we should do to prevent the problem from happening again. I highly recommend Anthony and would like to thank him for his excellent service.

Precision Garage Doors is a top-notch company. They answered my call on a Saturday night and arrived by midday Sunday. Felix, the installer, quickly diagnosed the issue and walked me through multiple options. Once I made a decision, he completed the installation within about three hours. My garage door has never been this quiet—I’d absolutely use them again.

Todd Hansen

Very responsive to my situation and the repairs went perfectly. Bit expensive but everything is now, right? Every single person I dealt with was polite, friendly and helpful. They will 100 percent get my business for any future needs.

Marcia Bloom

Sevice was very good. However, I think the upcharge of $149.00 for adjusting the spring on the garage door was extensive for the 5 - 10 minutes it took. No additional parts were needed or anything else. I am not happy and will not call again.

Cindy Jakuboski

Good dependable work. Reasonably priced.

Highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service of Central Florida. Felix did an overall check of my garage door and explained thoroughly his findings. He put together several quotes and walked me through each one where I could determine the extent of the repair. Felix did not pressure and made all the repairs the same day, including a new opener. My door can be easily lifted in case of an emergency now and it goes up and down so quietly. What an improvement. Highly recommend asking for Felix to repair your door. He was very good.

We Had Your Service come out today and Nick was our attendant he was very informative and gave us a lot of information. We chose to upgrade several things on our system due to his recommendations. We definitely would recommend your service to anyone we feel confident that everything we purchased was definitely needed.

My call to precision was for a service check, as I normally do every 2 years. The only concern was my remote opener so I agreed to replace because of the age and the unit I have had for 20years. The service tech was a little pushy on explaining that which I already knew but I agreed to replace my opener. I felt the cost was a bit much but he had another charge on his paper for an additional service cost at 180.00 and 170. for a replacement button. I have sense found the same unit for 50.00 and also I have a hard time getting a copy of my bill. I have used precision for a lot of years but with this service I am done. Please mail me my bill as shown to me with 3 service charges on it.
