I had a horrible experience with this company, their technician came out and said the spring was worn out, I asked how much to replace it ? He told me $2100. Then he said he can give me a discount of $300 for healthcare workers. I payed $1800.it didn’t sit well with me I called D&D Garage and Armstrong and they told $690 and $710. I called back the company and ask why was I charged $1800 and other companies are charging over $1000 less. The person who said he’s a manager responded that every company is different. I told him I will be posting the receipts on every social media platform what they did with the price and will be going to Better Business Bureau. He quickly asked me how much do I want to pay? I told him to charge me the correct amount he knows I should pay. Ended up paying $750. They credited me the difference. Very dishonest.

Lighting took out my 3 yr old door opener which was part of a contractor package for our new development. Of course they used the model that was already discontinued. Precision to the rescue! Best service I have experienced. Ian was the installer and Lloyd was the salesman. I had 3 companies that gave me an estimate and Lloyd was by far the most professional and gave me an itemized written estimate of all items, the others just gave me a price. All 3 were within $100 of each estimate but I went with the company I felt I could trust. Ian showed up on time was a pleasure to deal with. He made sure everything was done correctly and was very professional. I will definitely send them referrals and already have given 2 of my neighbors their number.
