Evan, the Precision tech that worked on my Garage Door today is nothing short of a Subject matter expert. I have never seen a more organized and professional call out tech in my life. I cannot say enough good about the work he did and the timeliness in which he did the work.

Being able to get a same day appointment was very convenient. The representative/tech Nick was wonderful. He was very polite, patient and professional. He answered all our questions thoroughly and without hesitation. Not only was he nice but also kind and empathetic to our situation and needs on the matter. His work was very quick and flawless. He went above and beyond to assure that we were in up and running status. We will definitely do business again.

Tyler Wakefield was our Technician today. He was very friendly and informative and gave us our options since our garage door had been hit by lightning. He quickly installed a new door opener and was very patient with us while he helped set up our app on our phones. Thank you for making this into a great experience, Tyler! We will definitely call Precision again in the future and ask for Tyler!

I have been using this company for 11 years. They always give me all my options. Give me veteran discounts and always look to help me with the bottom dollar expert advice, awesome service and when apart fails or I’m unsatisfied they’ve always replaced it at no cost so for any of your garage door needs this is the company I would go for if they could get 10 stars I would give them 10 stars. I am a veteran run household with six children. It’s tough to keep things new and working. They have always done a good job for us thank you precision. We really appreciate you. God bless.

We are very satisfied with your product, service and timeliness. Sam was our installer and we can't say enough about his detail, expertise, personality. A couple months ago, he fixed our single garage door problem. We were so impressed with him that we requested him for our double door garage opener. Sam and your company will be our go to if we have futures issues with anything garage door related. Definitely five stars from us.

Ian did a great job installing my new garage door. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He showed me everything I needed to know. The salesman, I don't remember his name was also very knowledgeable and didn't pressure me at all to make a purchase. Very good door at a reasonable price.

The Precision Garage door is a great company. I was a little disappointed because I ordered a certain door and they brought the wrong one. Beside that issue they are great

Wasted 5 hours of my time waiting for a “no show” yesterday. My appt window was 2 - 6pm, and I sat around waiting until 7pm…very disappointed!!! Therefore the one star review. I was also surprised that I was not offered a discount for wasting 5 hours of my time.

The salesman, Nick, was very informative. I only have 1/2 a garage because the other half was converted to an office. Nick took the time to tell us exactly how to make the new garage door work. It was his knowledge of garage doors that won me over. I also found Precision to be more affordable than other companies I called. My permit went through quickly. The technicians, Jason and James, installed my new garage door. They worked efficiently. They went above and beyond to make my garage door work in my half garage. I couldn't be more pleased! I would wholeheartedly recommend this company.
