A few difficulties arose during the repair process but he was able to devise solutions and work through them very quickly and efficiently. A couple of months ago, my neighbor was getting some garage door work done by Tyler Hartley (I didn't know him then) and I asked for a business card. I told him I didn't need any service then, but I may in the future as my neighbor's house and mine are the same age. Sure enough, that time came last Monday, 5/9. I called Precision and got Stephanie. She was extremely nice and set up an appointment for me that afternoon. Tyler just happened to be technician that was dispatched. He was extremely thorough in examining my garage door and operator (screw drive) setup. He then presented me with several options and suggestions. I chose the garage door rebuild (springs, cables, rollers, the works) as well as a new operator and chain drive (Linear). He gave me a quote and indicated that the work could be completed the next day (5/10). Tyler was very professional through the whole process. He came across as being a very nice guy. On the morning of 5/10, Evan Tucker arrived a little before 10:00am and was equally professional and another very nice person. He completed all the work in 3 hours, which was the estimate he gave me when he started. He showed me everything he had done on the door, springs, rollers, etc., as well as the chain drive and operator installation. Everything was perfect and I am very happy with all the Precision personnel that I came in contact with. I am also very happy with the performance of the garage door and Linear chain drive. I was missing a third vehicle remote that Tyler had added to the original quote as I have two cars and a motorcycle. Evan took care of that, and the final remote was delivered and set up by Sean O'Leary this morning, 5/12. It's really nice to be dealing with a Precision staff that was both professional, and just nice to be around. Needed a chain/belt replaced on overhead garage door opener. The process of an estimator then a technician to repair was a surprise, I thought the person coming out would take care of everything since the intake person wasn't clear and transparent about this, n order to establish the correct expectations, but other than that, both Rob the tech/estimator and Brittany the tech/ repair person were EXCELLENT!! They were very professional, respectful and quick in performing their duties and got the job done the same day and at a reasonable price!! I would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door Service.

We could not have been happier following Maurice's installation of a new opener, springs, rollers, cable, etc. Rarely does an installer get a 5 out of 5. Why? Because no one is perfect. Well there is nothing more that Maurice could have done better. He was knowledgeable, courteous, worked quickly, and gave us an good sound overview of what he did and how to use the new opener and keypad.

The keypad began malfunctioning so we called Precision and made an appointment for an evaluation. The company was extremely prompt and courteous. Tyler, the technician, called to let us know he was on the way and how long it would be. The keypad was replaced and is working beautifully. These are the values many companies have lost over the years. The older generation remembers when life was beautiful. Thanks Precision.

These guys came out on New Year's Day to replace our broken garage door springs. Our 1st techncian Alex came out promptly to access the situation and give the entire assessment of what needed repairs. He gave us several options with no pressure . We chose to have all moving parts replaced and backed by a lifetime guarentee. Within an hour our 2nd technician Maurice arrived with all the neccessary parts and had the job completed in 2 and 1/2 hours. Both men were very courteous and professional. I would completely recommend this company for service on your garage door.

The two service tech's that your company sent out to repair my garage door were GREAT. They both were very professional. The first tech was here at the time that I was quoted from the office when I had called, which was between 3 pm & 6 pm the same day. He was the one that inspected the job and gave me an estimate and even called the tech that was to do the repairs and had him to start toward our location.He was close because he was here in about 5 minuets. He started immediately and replaced both springs,adjusted and lubricaced all the rollers and hinges.He doubled checked all his work and was out of here in about 2 hours. Job well done guys and I will recommend this company and these two techs to anyone who needs a honest company and honest tech and quick same day service. Called in the AM, was told someone would be here between 12:00 and 3:00, at 12:30 I was Told what was wrong and an estimate was given to me. Sam was here within an hour, put in the new motor, fixed the springs, all was good. Thank you Precision excellent service.
