Precision Overhead Garage Door was recommended to us by our neighbor! They came out this morning, evaluated our garage door and recommended all new hardware and motor. Ours was at least 20+ years old. Garage door itself is fine. The tech was here within 1 1/2 hours. Sean did a fantastic job, very knowledgeable and showed us how the new hardware works. We are very happy with this Company and will certainly recommend them to anyone who needs work on their garage door!

I called Precision Door Service to fix my garage door. The old motor broke down. I was able to have someone come to inspect the garage, that person was Nick. Nick was great on time, I explained what had happened. He took a look took some pictures. Then explained what needed to be done and gave me a price. Then Evan came to install the new motor and springs. Evan was also awesome, polite on time good worker. I would highly recommend using both Nick and Evan. Thank you again for your help in this matter.

From the beginning meeting with meeting Brittney to Ian and Matthew doing the install we have been very pleased with the customer service. Ian and Matthew did an excellent job installing the new garage door at my mother-in-law's home. When she came home she was thrilled at how nice it looked. She loves that she now has natural light coming through the windows. When she closed the door she was amazed at how quiet it is. Ian let me know when he was on the way by text message and a phone call. They a great job providing before and after pictures. The job site was cleaned up after. Precision referred by neighbor, I had no issue using garage door but needed long overdue checkup, appointment made quickly, technician Blake did checkup, explained work needed and estimate, Jacob arrived next day to complete work, explained new items, (drop down menu below for “new items” may not capture items I tapped) your invoice lists items needed from belt, springs, drum, roller, cables to existing door panels, remotes, keypad, new manuals, I’m very pleased I scheduled this checkup, my garage door is quiet and smooth. I was very pleased with the level of service I received from Precision today. I completed a request online last night around 10pm. Someone called me today and they were able to fit me in two hours later. A small time window was given for both of my appointments and both technicians were on time. I received a text (with a photo and background information about each technician) to inform me the technician was on the way. Both technicians also called me to give me a specific time of arrival after the text was received. Both men seemed knowledgeable and were helpful, kind, and not pushy. I would use their services again! Thank you Precision!

Precision was exceptional!! They called and let us know what time they would arrive. They were polite and professional and also very helpful. I really just called for an estimate, but the salesman was so thorough and checked everything and explained the problem, I just went ahead and had them do the installation. The girls in the office were also very cooperative and professional when I called with a problem. Just a "all around" good experience and I would recommend them.

Overall experience was excellent. Got inspection and recommendations around 10am,had total job started by 1:30 and finished same day. New Liftmaster opener installed along with new springs ,cables,rollers,plus new bottom seal. Juancarlos worked by himself in the heat and was very helpful installing app on our phone and programed remotes for vehicles and keypad. Very satisfied with this company and will recommend to anyone needing garage door repair.

Sean O’Leary was assigned the job of replacing my antiquated system with a complete new modern “quiet” system including replacing the old door hardware. The garage door operates smoothly and is nearly silent. It did not operate this well when new. I am very pleased and gladly recommend this company.

We had an issue with both the garage door opener and several parts on the garage door. Precision was able to send Nick out the same day. He did a great job of evaluating the door, explaining the issues to us and giving us an estimate. An hour later, Sam came out and replaced the opener and several parts on the door. Before he left he ensured we were comfortable with operating the door and he also programmed our cars for us. Both men were extremely knowledgeable and courteous. We highly recommend Precision. My garage door wasn’t closing properly for a few months, but I couldn’t find the problem, then one day I noticed my right runner was dislodging from the ceiling. Every aspect of their service was top notch. Came within 2 hours of calling to report our spring broke to give estimate. They needed to return the next day with a second person because one person could not lift the door with a broken spring. They came at 8;00 AM the next day and were done by 10 AM. They did a great job balancing the door which allowed it to be much quieter than the old door spring and rollers. My wife no longer complains about the noisy door. The other company that we had do maintenance on the old unit 2 years ago were not able to quiet it down despite spraying a lot of silicone all over the door hinges and our garage floor.
