Had to replace a broken spring on our door, William came out and explained everything as well as inspected the rest of the door & opener. Decided to replace both springs & rollers. William also inspected and adjusted the opener tension. Was very happy with his service & will call & recommend Precision to neighbors..........

Dylan May, the service technician, was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. He explained everything as well as other work that should be performed in the future if not now. You were offering a free service call when a repair was done. This was of course caught my eye. I'm always afraid to have a service call of any kind when I don't know the company. However, this time I was in very good hands. Charlie did a fantastic job of repairing the garage door. He was very knowledgeable, and friendly.
