I originally had an appt on a Sunday …first of all I was SHOCKED when they offered me that since I work all week. Who does that these days????? lol…I happened to have gotten off work early on Thurs and called them at about 230 to see if anyone could come that day…they said yes and Chris was at my house 2 hrs later!!! Chris was absolutely awesome …he checked everything to find the problem and as much as I hated to know that the other company I had used previously gave me wrong parts which led to the breaking of the door he was very thorough and showed me everything and explained about it all in simple terms. He was very professional and very knowledgeable and worked quickly to get me fixed up. This young man was the reason I went ahead and got the work done without getting another opinion …I actually canceled appt with other company. I didn’t feel that he was feeding me BS just to sell parts. I just can’t say enough good things about Chris …he was the epitome of what customer service is all about which so many companies severely lack these days! He made sure everything worked fine when he was finished and again showed me and told me about everything again. Thank you Chris and I’m sorry you missed most of the game but score didn’t look in your favor anyway..lol

From the initial call to the office this morning everything was handled friendly and professional. The appointment was scheduled immediately. The tech called on his way and showed up on time. He thoroughly explained what was needed and presented a couple options. He completed the work in a timely manner and was professional throughout the entire installation. Before leaving he explained the warranty, what to do if service is needed and sent a file with all the parts replaced both old and new. I wish all repair technicians and all companies performed his well. Felix is an asset to his employer whom highly recommend.

I recently completed a 2-step total garage door replacement with Precision. At first, my existing opener, installed by the previous homeowner, suddenly stopped working. Replacing the actual door had been a “wish-list” item since moving into the house 6 years ago. Another wish was to install an exterior control box. We went for the “hat trick” & took care of all 3! Everyone I dealt with at Precision went above & beyond (Rob - opener installation, Tyler - door designer, Austin - door installation & Amy - installation coordinator). We recently had our county inspection & passed with flying colors. The inspector himself even commented on the quality of the door we chose & the quality of the installation. And as he said - he sees a lot of doors!!! Ironically, I almost missed the inspection appointment. The inspector knocked on my front door, but I opened the garage door to let him in. He was in the process of walking away when he realized I had opened the door. It was so quiet, he hadn’t even realized that I opened the door!!! I would ABSOLUTELY recommend Precision to anyone who had any garage door needs!!!

It began with your sales representative Tyler, who provided an excellent presentation of the value of the materials used and the warranty service which your company provides. He was able to accommodate a same day overhaul of all the moving parts, including new springs. Our case was unique because the builder who constructed our community used a substandard garage door installer who did not install the system correctly. Jimmy was assigned to do the overhaul the same afternoon after the initial appointment with Tyler. He was a pleasure to work with. He did the installation and provided me a walkthrough of everything he did, and explained the warranty and the invoice I would be receiving by email. Came home and garage door would not open. Called Precision and within one (1) hour had a tech here. Looked over the problem and suggested repairs. Again, within one hour (unbelievable) a repair crew of two was here and replaced the main spring, rollers and everything else after 30+ years. WORKS LIKE A CHARM! AMAZING AND PROFESSIONAL SERVICE BEYOND WORDS. techs very cordial and professional. If I cou l could give them 10 stars they would be well deserved. And VERY REASONABLE. This is the only service to call at ANY TIME for garage door repair.

very unhappy with company ordered two garage doors, they screwed up and the manger Charlie was very difficult to work with. when they installed the door we had to call them back because the doors were off track, very disappointed with this company and their treatment. I am sure the owner of the company would be very shock to know their behavior.
