I had the pleasure of dealing with eric & scott today...I have to say, from the moment I contacted precision, I felt as though I made a good decision in contacting them for the service I required...upon my calling I received and email confirming my appointment day and time and it also included a picture of the technician that would be arriving at my home...I received a call shortly after stated that they would be at my home in 30mins. they arrived within the stated time and after introductions they assessed my issue and gave me options of what needed to be done...no pressure to buy anything. garage door springs and rollers needed to be replaced...very happy with the service I received and so glad to have my garage door operational...

Extremely happy with the service. The technician came to the house exactly when he said he would, he quickly diagnosed the problem (missing reference clip) and fixed it, and performed a full evaluation in which he found a broken hinge we hadn't noticed, and quickly replaced. As I said, we were extremely happy with the service, the technician was friendly and professional, and we would definitely call Precision again should wee have any future problems with the garage door.

The entire process was very easy and professional. Kay at the call center set a same day appointment and Jonathan showed on time. Imagine that, a service company in Florida that actually shows on time and ready to go! Jonathan is a pro, prepared an estimate for repairs and opener installation, He completed the repair as described and on time. I have no problem recommending Precision, even with its premium price for assured results. Blake was prompt, courteous and professional. I appreciated his detailed description of the condition of my garage door, and evaluating my problems and concerns. Although expensive, I optioned to have Blake re-build my door. Just over an hour later the door works very well and the" thump" and a good part of the other noise are gone. In addition I now have the assurance of a safe and reliable garage door system - including a good life-time limited warranty by Precision.

Had a new garage door system installed in May 2015. Everything was done to perfection. Awesome service at a good price. Had an issue with the door in that it would open back up once it closed. I had the power go off at the same time I was opening the door and it apparently uncalibrated itself just enough to cause an issue. Precision tech was out today, made a quick adjustment to recalibrate it and everything works fine again. Nice thing was that there was no charge!! Pleasure to do business with!!

Kevin called me 30 minutes before his arrival and he arrived right on time. He was very courteous, showed me the problem with the springs and explained my options. The repair was done in less than an hour and Kevin was on his way and I was extremely happy that I had a working garage door again. I am very happy with the customer service and work that Precision has provided to me. I will continue to use their services for any future garage door issues.

Our garage door opener was making an extremely loud noise upon opening and closing. It was time to call Precision Door Service. The technician, Jonathan arrived well within the appointment time frame. He was very personable, knowledgeable, professional and answered all our questions regarding the situation with garage door opener. He completed the job of removing the old garage door opener and installing the new one within the time frame estimated and we are very pleased with the results. I would give it 5 stars. I called around 8 AM stating the spring on my garage door had broken & I couldn't open the door by myself. By 9 AM Blake was already here and started working on replacing the springs. He also replaced the worn out wheels that the door rides on & installed new nylon wheels. Blake was very personable,courteous & very knowledgable. It was totally a very positive experience.

i discovered precision door a couple years ago when i got a new door opener. i wanted something quiet and you delivered. you might be a little more expensive but the quality is worth it. everybody talks about how quiet and smooth my garage door operates. when a spring snapped, i automatically called precision door. the tech was prompt and efficient and friendly. I'm going to get precision door on my next house. 5 stars
