Andrew Hecker is a responsible young man. He arrived on time and explained all the necessary things that Hilario needed to know before he began the job. Hilario agreed to it and he called his helper who also arrived promptly. The job was to repair the garage door, new rollers, 2 new rails, 2 springs, etc. My husband loves the guarantee you have. They work so fast he didn't notice when the door was installed. lol. We are satisfied with their work, his attitude, and his way of making the client feel relaxed. We would recommend them to anyone who needs a job to be done. Thank you. Who wants to wake up in the morning to find out their garage door is broken?? Well, that was my morning ... I called Precision and was treated professionally and kindly. Eugene arrived, I decided to replace the door, he picked the door up and was back in a timely manner. He replaced the door and I'm very happy with it. He did a great job and was very nice and serious about doing a good job. He is an asset to your company. Thank you, Precision and thank you Eugene ... You get five stars.

Blake my service tech was awesome he fixed my door in a timely manor and let me know what he was doing and why every step of the way. I put my new door in 2 years ago after backing my car thru it and I did not know who and where to go for a door. We were very pleased with the quick response time and professional service displayed by the call representative and the technician. Blake was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and took the time to explain everything. He easily answered all of our questions and made sure the install was a job well done. We had our house built 15 years ago and the garage has been repaired 3 other times by other companies. Obviously those other companies did not do a good job. The job Blake did was so good our garage door works better now than it ever did (including the day that we got our CO and moved in)!

This is customer service, period. My door opener broke this morning. I called and they scheduled somebody to come out between 2-4 on the same day. I was happy enough with same day service, but then they called back and said they had a technician available within 30 minutes if I was interested. I sure was, and he showed up 25 minutes later. Technician was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and fast. He installed a new opener within an hour. Outstanding service.

Precision took amazing care of me. They offered to be at my house in about 2 hours which was impressive, but it turned out to be much better. A technician was right around the corner from me and within 30 minutes of my call he was working on my door. He, Bill, noticed that my door had Precision products and called his office to confirm. I had forgotten I used them about 7 years ago. The work was under warranty. Bill is great and did a superb job explaining the work and completing the job. I made sure he put stickers on the inside of my door as a reminder to only call Precision in the future.

You were called upon for the same daughter then living in Winter Springs to fix her opener, so we called again for repair of the opener at the house in Longwood. Blake was extremely nice and informative and thorough with his inspection and explanation of what was going on with my old garage door and what needed to be repaired and/or replaced. Because of how late the appt began, I was very surprised that he planned to stay and do all of the work in the same evening, which kept him busy until 11pm. We programmed the exterior key pad before he left and he programmed the homelink button in my car. It was quite a lot more than I really wanted to spend to replace the motor and parts, but I'm very happy to have a lifetime warranty, a respectable local company, and a really nice, professional guy available if I need anything. I'm very pleased.
