Was absolutely thrilled with the service I received. I found a coupon in a mailer and called to make an appointment. I ultimately had to cancel the appointment but rescheduled. I was told who would come to my home. The service representative was Matt. He was extremely professional, polite and hard working. He explained all my options and answered all my questions. Only time will tell if the products installed hold up well. But at this time I have every confidence that they will.

The technician who came out, Andrew, was extremely knowledgeable and personable. A great representative for your company. Not only did he explain what he was going to do he explained how the springs that Precision installs are superior in performance to other installers springs. I had the pleasure of dealing with eric & scott today...I have to say, from the moment I contacted precision, I felt as though I made a good decision in contacting them for the service I required...upon my calling I received and email confirming my appointment day and time and it also included a picture of the technician that would be arriving at my home...I received a call shortly after stated that they would be at my home in 30mins. they arrived within the stated time and after introductions they assessed my issue and gave me options of what needed to be done...no pressure to buy anything. garage door springs and rollers needed to be replaced...very happy with the service I received and so glad to have my garage door operational...

Extremely happy with the service. The technician came to the house exactly when he said he would, he quickly diagnosed the problem (missing reference clip) and fixed it, and performed a full evaluation in which he found a broken hinge we hadn't noticed, and quickly replaced. As I said, we were extremely happy with the service, the technician was friendly and professional, and we would definitely call Precision again should wee have any future problems with the garage door.

I have no problem recommending Precision, even with its premium price for assured results. Blake was prompt, courteous and professional. I appreciated his detailed description of the condition of my garage door, and evaluating my problems and concerns. Although expensive, I optioned to have Blake re-build my door. Just over an hour later the door works very well and the" thump" and a good part of the other noise are gone. In addition I now have the assurance of a safe and reliable garage door system - including a good life-time limited warranty by Precision.
