Had a new garage door system installed in May 2015. Everything was done to perfection. Awesome service at a good price. Had an issue with the door in that it would open back up once it closed. I had the power go off at the same time I was opening the door and it apparently uncalibrated itself just enough to cause an issue. Precision tech was out today, made a quick adjustment to recalibrate it and everything works fine again. Nice thing was that there was no charge!! Pleasure to do business with!!

Fantastic Service! Had new springs installed on 2 doors. Andrew was prompt, professional and knowledgeable. Kevin called me 30 minutes before his arrival and he arrived right on time. He was very courteous, showed me the problem with the springs and explained my options. The repair was done in less than an hour and Kevin was on his way and I was extremely happy that I had a working garage door again. Our garage door opener was making an extremely loud noise upon opening and closing. It was time to call Precision Door Service. The technician, Jonathan arrived well within the appointment time frame. He was very personable, knowledgeable, professional and answered all our questions regarding the situation with garage door opener. He completed the job of removing the old garage door opener and installing the new one within the time frame estimated and we are very pleased with the results. I would give it 5 stars. I called around 8 AM stating the spring on my garage door had broken & I couldn't open the door by myself. By 9 AM Blake was already here and started working on replacing the springs. He also replaced the worn out wheels that the door rides on & installed new nylon wheels. Blake was very personable,courteous & very knowledgable. It was totally a very positive experience.

i discovered precision door a couple years ago when i got a new door opener. i wanted something quiet and you delivered. you might be a little more expensive but the quality is worth it. everybody talks about how quiet and smooth my garage door operates. when a spring snapped, i automatically called precision door. the tech was prompt and efficient and friendly. I'm going to get precision door on my next house. 5 stars

Andrew Hecker is a responsible young man. He arrived on time and explained all the necessary things that Hilario needed to know before he began the job. Hilario agreed to it and he called his helper who also arrived promptly. The job was to repair the garage door, new rollers, 2 new rails, 2 springs, etc. My husband loves the guarantee you have. They work so fast he didn't notice when the door was installed. lol. We are satisfied with their work, his attitude, and his way of making the client feel relaxed. Who wants to wake up in the morning to find out their garage door is broken?? Well, that was my morning ... I called Precision and was treated professionally and kindly. Eugene arrived, I decided to replace the door, he picked the door up and was back in a timely manner. He replaced the door and I'm very happy with it. Blake my service tech was awesome he fixed my door in a timely manor and let me know what he was doing and why every step of the way. I put my new door in 2 years ago after backing my car thru it and I did not know who and where to go for a door. We were very pleased with the quick response time and professional service displayed by the call representative and the technician. Blake was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and took the time to explain everything. He easily answered all of our questions and made sure the install was a job well done. We had our house built 15 years ago and the garage has been repaired 3 other times by other companies. Obviously those other companies did not do a good job. The job Blake did was so good our garage door works better now than it ever did (including the day that we got our CO and moved in)!

This is customer service, period. My door opener broke this morning. I called and they scheduled somebody to come out between 2-4 on the same day. I was happy enough with same day service, but then they called back and said they had a technician available within 30 minutes if I was interested. I sure was, and he showed up 25 minutes later. Technician was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and fast. He installed a new opener within an hour. Outstanding service.

Precision took amazing care of me. They offered to be at my house in about 2 hours which was impressive, but it turned out to be much better. A technician was right around the corner from me and within 30 minutes of my call he was working on my door. He, Bill, noticed that my door had Precision products and called his office to confirm. I had forgotten I used them about 7 years ago. The work was under warranty. Bill is great and did a superb job explaining the work and completing the job. I made sure he put stickers on the inside of my door as a reminder to only call Precision in the future.
