I chose Precision based on a recommendation from a friend. I was contacted by phone and text to update me on the time and information about the technician. Tyler arrived early and identified the problem. All moving parts had to be replaced. Ian was dispatched quickly and made the repairs. I was kept informed all along the way, potential problems were explained, and all my questions were answered. I would not hesitate to recommend Precision. Very professional.

Absolutely love our garage door which is super quiet. I would rate a 5 but they left with our brand new key-less garage door entry pad that we had just installed two weeks prior. We've call repeatedly and they have not offered to return the keypad or pay the $40 I paid to buy the keypad (I still have the receipt). I spend $3,000 and they can't send me the $40 because I assume the keypad is gone.

Austin Brubaker and Ian Carr installed my new garage door. They were prompt, courteous, professional and did a wonderful job installing my new door. They had the old one removed in no time and the new one was installed quickly. They cleaned up all debris and removed from property. They took the time to explain what was installed and how to use and program the outside key pad, interior wall pad and remotes. Both were friendly and easy to talk to. I am most impressed with the quality of the door, the quietness of the door when it opens and closes and the safety sensors. I love how the new door makes my house look. I highly recommend Precision and Austin and Ian as installers.

Rob, the technician, pointed out repairs that were needed on my 25 yr. old double garage door. I requested an estimate to replace the door and Rob took the time to put together an estimate and explained everything that was listed. I did not feel any pressure, decided it was time to replace the door.

Our garage door opener started to fail intermittently. Alex came out and gave us several options for repair and replacement. We decided to replace and add a keypad. Alex was efficient and thorough. Our new opener is so quiet! We are happy with the service and the product.
